Asadk Posted January 29, 2015 Share Posted January 29, 2015 Hi new to the site. this is my first civic mb6 vti. i bought this from london it had 78000 miles on it and was very clean.then i joined this and was amazed and very inspired after reading through peoples build threads and thought i might aswell start one myself this ishow i bought it. i went down with some mates. then gave it wash did a little filter on my phone to add some effect lol Things that were done to car when i bought it OTTO RACING 421 MANIFOLDBLOX INTAKE MANIFOLDHKS AIR FILTERSHIRT SHIFTERLOWERED KYB SHOCKS AND I DONT KNOW WHAT THE SPRINGS ARE CALLED SITS VERY NICELYPOWERFLOW BACK BOX DCATPIONEER HEAD UNITKENWOOD DOOR SPEAKERS AND 6X9 SPEAKERS ON THE PARCEL SHELF ALL WIRED UP TO AN AMP Things i have done since owning it S80 4.7 FD GEARBOXACT LIGHTWEIGHT FLYWHEELSKUNK2 GEAR KNOBALL ENGINE MOUNTS CHANGED FILLED WITH SEALHID KITCHANGED AIR FILTER TO K&N APOLLO WITH CAF WHICH NEEDS FITTINGHEATER RESISTOR CHANGED BECAUSE DIDNT WORK ON 1ITR STEERING WHEELCHANGED BACKBOX DONT KNOW THE MAKE BUT SOUNDS BETTER AND CAN HEAR THE VTEC KICK IN AND WAS NOT EASY TO FIT SPENT 3 HRS IN THE COLD AND RAIN CUTTING AND WELDING AT MY MATES GARAGE TO GET IT RIGHTCENTRE BOX RESONATORI HAVE CHANGED WHERE THE 6X9 SPEAKERS ARE IN THE BACK Future plans STEAM SEALS NEED CHANGING HAVE BOUGHT SOME THEY NEED FITTINGPORT AND POLISH AND GET HEAD SKIMMED CAM SEAL NEEDS FITTING I WILL CHANGE SPARK PLUGS AND CHANGE OIL FILTER WHEN I TAKE IT TO THE GARAGE FOR STEM SEALS MAGNECR HT LEADS NEED FITTING HAVE BOUGHT THEMMG ARB NEEDS CLEANING AND SPRAYING FULL OF RUSTVTIS KIT NEEDS SPRAYING. ITS AT MY MATES GARAGE GETTING READY TO BE PAINTEDRECARO SEATS WHICH I BOUGHT OF PAUL KNIGHT FROM CIVIC5 THANK YOU VERY MUCH PAULHONDA SPORT ALLOYS 16" NEED POWDER COATING READY FOR THE SUMMERI WILL PAINT THE VTI ALLOYS WHITE SO CAN USE THEM IN THE WINTERI WILL BE PUTTING SOME ITR CAMS VALVES SPRINGS AND RETANERS AT SOME POINT TO GET SOME MORE POWER OUT OF THE CARCHANGE POLLEN FILTER SOME MORE PICS now this is what i have done with my 6x9 speakers in the back i will be cleaning it up and spraying all the metal i cut for the speakers. thers only one issue with the speakers well not so much with the speakers. its the black cover that covers the speakers because i have cut the metal down there isnt space for one of the clips on the cover to clip on to so it vibrates when i play the music loud will be sorting that out soon. heres a video http://i1379.photobucket.com/albums/ah122/Asad_Khaliq/th_VID_20140703_184916_zpsb3fggm2c.mp4 some more pics Chaged the handbrake handle from the momo one to the original one Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Asadk Posted February 5, 2015 Author Share Posted February 5, 2015 As i have said i will be changin my cams soon. so last year in november bought some itr cams from a guy on ebay but we did the transaction out of ebay through paypal. he wanted 190 for the cams and i was happy with that so i sent him the money as a gift as he asked so he wouldnt get charged fees ( this is where i was stupid) so i sent him the money. he said he posted the cams parcel force recorded delivery but didnt give me a tracking number i asked him many many times to give me the tracking number all i got was stupid excuses. now this guy lives in leicester le16 8bp and is workin on a eg if anybody knows who this guy is would appreciate some help so can go to some authorities and get my money back. thanks if anybody can help. now i did find some other very WILD cams lol. picked them up on sunday from st albans. was not gonna risk the paypal thing again so went down my self the exhaust cam is a crane stage 2 rocker roller and the intake cam is a rocket motorsport m22x cam after some research on the internet and asking my mate at the garage found out these were very good cams my mate at the garage told me theres a guy in america that used rocket motorsport cams in a b16a and got 200whpso i thought why not lets go for it i should be hitting over 200hpneed to upgrade the valves and springs and retainers aswell so on the hunt for them nw Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
