  1. I've done two track sessions previously, I haven't been killed yet but some professional knowledge and help won't hurt Eh if you ever go to knockhill don't mention burbleboy or they will drag you off in cuffs

  2. Saw the exhaust at the show! Bet you can't wait for the K100 to get done! I'm interested to see what gains you get for the mods!

  3. You still owe me labour on that driveshaft. Just kidding, I don't charge to work on my own car.

  4. Updates! @Vaipo1 and @Roj did my driveshaft for me on the road after finally locating the source of a horrible knock on launch to be the passenger sides driveshaft. All went smoothly (by all, the driveshaft was fine, but re-aligning and doing my front camber bolts.. NOPE!). So now that's sorted with a few burnouts in a designated burnout box to test for knocking, all good! Went out for a hoon and got a picture of the 3 cars that night, Roj's E36 ///M328i is a beast. The mods I planned to showcase at Japfest2 were my new exhaust (true 2.5" straight pipe) but as I didn't go to the meeting point no one got to hear it except my mates and @Sorivity neighbours lolol, it's insanely loud and has ruined all the 'dailyness' but the pops and bangs on the overrun and the noise in VTEC is incredible. I also figured out a way to get the carbon fibre bonnet to latch but again, time was an issue before japfest2 as 3 days before the show I became an uncle! Also deposit is down on some new wheels and I also have money for a K100 and basemap huehuehue. Good times roll ahead.

  8. Post track day update! I managed three sessions all together, 2x 30 minutes and a 20 minute blast! Instruction was well worth it as in just the space of a few laps with guidance I was taking cramer curves 10-15mph faster just for being taught some technique! Getting into that at 90+ you need to have your whits about you! Car held up well and I thoroughly enjoyed it! There were 53 cars registered for the evening! Now this was the state of fuel and tires after each session. Instruction session sit rep: Sit rep after the second session: Sit rep after the third session: Quick photo in the paddock before heading home. So yesterday I decided I'd treat Bob to a full inside and outside clean! Spent two hours just on the interior! Now here's a testament to how good the Bilbury wheel cleaner is, 50/50 mix, no brushing, just sprayed on and pressure washed off! And all done! Now for the videos! I didn't film the tuition session, just the two I was solo. Enjoy! Soon will be a sump baffle and four new tires!

  9. Fitted the new GAZ front shocks, very good indeed & about a 2" lift! Quite easy to remove and install as well, also fitted the duel ciggy lighter so the GPS speedo has power and u can use a sat nav too. Couldnt resist a start up tho & vid coming soon! Oh and this van stopped outside the garage, it was the bloke with the for sale sign, he was well impressed and said 'well done' lol we then had a chat about it, he then said he has a mate who might be intrested as he knows this guys wife had a v8 jag powered ford zephyr so i gave him the facebook page info to see pics and a vid.
