  1. If I was to tally up the amount of money I'd spent on this you'd ask the same thing.. Lol.. The gearbox alone cost me £1200... Truth is I need a bigger car with my 3rd kid on the way God willing.
  2. Well people, sadly weetecpart2 will slowly be coming to an end..... S2K seats are out, coilies being removed next week or so, then what's left I'll be selling up. Wheels etc... I'll keep it all posted in the for sale section
  3. Woohoo!.... I'm a modest guy and I'm absolutely humbled.. Man.... I'm overwhelmed. Thanks for the votes people...speechless
  4. Rears will fit but you will need spacers... On the bottom fork... As it a smaller damper on the rear, the highest adjustment may just be above the rear wheel.
  5. Not far off here mate, even riding a pedal bike is dangerous!
  6. and dont forget, lowering springs are designed for STANDARD dampers..if you put lowering springs on uprated SMALLER dampers your going to over compress a spring which is no designed to be compresed under NO-LOAD conditions. !!!! result the spring will constantly over re-act!!! best bet buy coilovers.
  7. all eibach springs are the same on the front, but the rear are different dependant on the car... if the rear are tight wound top and bottom and open in the middle you have the right kit for MB...if not then you have the kit for either the EK/DC2?EG... simply because the rear dampers are taller on an Mb where as the other chassis are smaller hence the unusual drop on the rear.
  8. must say your car looks equally nice with fanblades on. rocker cover..good job.
  9. And the winner is..... Dave! WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOO. I'd love to have a go in that monster.
  10. To be honest, no one in the club has a prayer against daves Kjobbie.... Thats what I call a proper job. I only looked at his thread because of this.. Lol
  11. heavyset make coolant pipes a couple of pics and a vid on the dyno click to view vid
  12. bloomineck i just read this post..just pretty chuft to of had even been entered
  13. I've always been with Honda.. Went to something different which wasn't bad but not my cup of tea.. Hopefully I'll get another vti-s, there isn't many around if im honest.. And don't really wanna get a completely standard one.. Has to have a least suspension and exhaust upgraded. Will let you guys know as soon as I get it. buy mine
  14. From what I know the fuel firing into the chamber acts as a coolant. Ultimately it will always burn but if it is firing at the wrong angle and incorrect destination this would have drastic effects. I don't think it's dangerous but arguably important. Its all about airflow. Since reinstalling my stock inlet I can honestly say you can't beat "design for purpose" and that's honda for you.
  15. Aha! Just as i suspected... The port design are that of a dc2.
  16. Would you be kind enough to post a pic of the ports on the skunk 2 inlet manifold ? Please
  17. Some jealous tramps/time wasters out there ain't there just ignore them.... Congratulations with the kiddo You think you got problems... My 3rd nipper on the way God willing... Lol.... How do you think I feel?
  18. Cheers people's.. A couple of pics...
  19. Thanks peeps... I've learned one thing from all this remap business... You can't Doubt honda parts for performance.. All standard bar exhaust /exhaust manifold/airbox.... All integra bits... . Standard ecu is well designed for a honda engine. The ability to remap a car can ruin its drive ability at the cost of a bhp figure. Nothing wrong with stock ecu.
  20. Considering it's on standard C4 ecu. Exhaust manifold and air box of a 98spec..does the trick
