  1. hey peeps! a close friend was generous to give me a metre of laminex so i did a dummy run. Here's the results. really need to remove the outside cover of theffog lights to fit this laminex properly..
  2. THIS RUNS A 4.9FD TEARING THE TARMAC IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!
  3. i have seen this EG in person and there's some serious work gone in to this. the turbo is on. i would like to say im very happy with the door naz and the condition of the steering wheel...well...... im certainly not going to complain
  4. here you go buddy.. viewtopic.php?f=122&t=11672 thanks peoples...
  5. after recent events were back on track thanks to naz 10000rpm door swap done
  6. quieter sound gets a bit deceiving as acceleration is not heard so speed sensation not noticable.. but neither will the plod when you attacking the gearbox???
  7. get some new valve stem seals whilst they in there
  8. The TB is allready mounted without any problems, the aerodeck is in the garage for the ITR cams and valvetrain.. hehe.... forgot you have all ready remapped etcetc... thought you was fresh bait... just looked at previous pages oops....
  9. the side on pic is really nice... but them wheel widths from rota are allways 7"&more and the offsets are approximately ET45/40..the result is you introduce a lot of tyretread visibility from looking at the stance from any other angle. for me that cruddy visible tread paired withfresh wwhipped tyre walls dont work.... just my 2p worth...
  10. that manifold is rude a bit of advice on that throttle body.... hold it with a light source on the opposite side.... if your able to see light through it youll hsve a problem setting the idle..... send it back .... i have experienced this myself. nightmare.. also im pretty sure the idle on these has to be custom set via remapped ecu... check this on the net!!! something to do with airflow rate and the adjuster screw for idle air mixture? safer bet is one of an integra as the air incoming spout is sized to the ITR intake pipe... again the net is your friend. if you have or gain more knowledge on this please update us........ cheers
  11. you got a spare hub and a hanging door,, be mu guest...its easy.. dont use etch primer unlessyou TOTTALLY REMOVE ALL THE PAINT ... sand em all down using P120 sandpaper..use a drill and anything necessary to remove stubborn stuff.... good scrub clean using strongest chemical you can find preferably TFR.. panel wipe clean... fill and sand deep gashes..i used chemival metal.. goes off quick dont worry about surface minor hairline scratches just yet... filler primer from local halfords or colour tone....i used yellow.. give it in between light coats... let them dry over night.. using P800 sandpaper and water sand moderately flat.. then you fill with normal body filler noticable scratches now its all one colour...... panel wipe again.. your choice to either touch up n sand down using P800 as before only affected areas.....or completely re-do the lot using filler-primer/normal primer....up to you... wash all wheels using water and dry straight away.. begin to paint advise approximately half hour after wheels are painted to start laquering straight away. at least a can of laquer per wheel makes a good strong seal. obviously build the coats up slowly... your a winner
