  1. I gotta say I deserve 0.0000001% credit to this build! For supplying the cheapest set of BC racing coilovers on the market! ... You put a lot of effort in to a unique build there kid. Respect!
  2. Well... It's the bumper of the newer model. Surprisingly you'd think the old recess would fit the newer model... Er... Nope.... The newer model was 10mm bigger.... Silly these things sometimes... Aircon is out of the aerodeck... Didn't work anyway. Lol
  3. Eeyup people! Ermm.... Kind of lost really... After allmost trying everything on past mb's. I really don't know. May do the usual mg zs suspension and rear ARB. service all round. Space the rear trailing upper arms out with some washers to correct the rear camber. Tint windows and decat pipe...ik got to run 2 cars so keeping sensible. Here's my crv... Allready tinkering with it... Got rid of the rear wheel and centralised the number plate, lowered it 35mm.. Remember weetec part 2?
  4. Hi people! Nav here back again with a MC2! my daily is a crv however can you resist vtec? I couldn't so j grabbed myself this.... Look forward to joining the community
  5. With the cam in this car will be a Bseries eater!... Rate the blue tooth thing. Maybe a link for us who have the obd2 setup. I only discovered it myself today. My mate who works for the AA hooked his laptop up and WOW! couldn't believe all the information! This thing has 2 02 sensors...
  6. A friend of mine works for the AA. On their database the roof aerial is known for leaking and they recommend a new seal. This could potentially be the issue
  7. Just responding to this, personally I'd just upgrade to M-factory synchroes and get a shorter 2nd gear fitted to the S9B..anything more and expect your fuel bills to increase.
  8. Over the moon with the welcomes..... I been seeing to the cares of my son.. He's had 7 operations till now and is in recovery as we speak in ICU. Thank God for Everything! I well regret now not buying A deck from day one... If I get a chance,... that's financially... TURBO!
  9. Hi chaps, I'm back, after a spurt with an audi I'm now rolling with a deck 1.6es.to be honest I wish I'd bought a deck from day 1.such a practical car! Struggling to upload pics from my mobile but I'll get up some soon. Will be sprucing it up a bit but just subtle..... Great to be back with a Honda
  10. With petrol prices coming down.. I'm so thinking an aerodeck...
  11. Well. People.... Sad to say weetec part2 has gone... Driving through a huge puddle didn't do the engine any favours with a low intake and caused some engine trouble. So I thought with a nipper on the way it's time to move on... It was really nice to be part of this friendly forum... I'll pop in time to time and say hi.... For now have fun n god bless.. But who's to say their won't be a part 3? ...haahahahhhahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahaahha
  12. Cheers Naz - just a touch under what it was with the s9. I'll get the missus to take a pic on the way home today and post it. In your own time pal.. Cheers.. Keep it safe.. Just as i want to do the same to my 5th gear.
  13. Looking sweet there Simon! Can I ask what revs are you in 5th gear at 70mph?
  14. i know this much on the EG you have an inner and an outer track rod end, but the MB6 there is the rack itself with a non-detachable inner and a replacable outer.
  15. hi peoples, just a quick pic..
  16. Yep, that half shaft bearing is about £30....plus a couple of circlips etc...thats from honda.
  17. Iv got a full leather set for sale! £60..good condition too... Driver has minor bolsters wear..
  18. Cheers chaps, keeping it for now, after all te money I ploughed into it. It cost just as much to insure any other car. I'm well chuffed with the suspension. The mgzs V6 standard springs n standard mb6 dampers work a treat surprisingly. And the clears all the potholes and speed humps you can throw at it with way less body roll than the BC coilies. In all honesty, after exhausting every possible suspension conundrum near enough standard is the way forward for a day to day car. No binding driveshaft issues, no inner tyre wear... Its fun experimenting though. Most of all lowering a car excessively as I have noticed does effect the lsd operation on bends... My experience is it operates better ad pulls the car more as s opposed to lowered suspension.
  19. If you remember ages ago u bought 4 new mgzs dampers and springs, well I sold the dampers with the eibach springs so just kept the springs and fitted them to the mb6 dampers. Works a treat. Coilovers sold. Someone grabbed a bargain.. Cant disclose how much but they were cheap as chips,
  20. Ah well... Such is life... Pick of the suspension removed and replaced with OEM stuff...
