  1. You will need to do two sets of pin bridges to enable it to work properly, one for the vtec and one for the iabs, i also think it will be limited to 115mph too!

  4. If i swapped the box id be putting in a lightened flywheel to benefit the box, all ready dropped on 195/50/15. Dont realy want to change the wheels as i dont want to give anything away if you know what i mean.

  6. Already running a p72 which has been mapped vtec at 4k and rev limit at 8750 ithink, running with the vtec lower doesnt realy make a big difference apart from you fuel costs. Thing is im not realy bothered about top speed just need to get there quicker, short of strapping a blower on wich is obviously expensive, i thought the box would be next best thing to increase acceleration?!

  10. Yea the first time i hit the limiter i thought the cam belt had snapped!!! It deffo could do with being a bit faster, not that i drive it every where sitting on the limiter, but you know what i mean, rich its dam annoying that your so far away or i would deffo pop in to see you.

  12. I can pass the ep3s but the problem is i hit the rev limiter in 3rd just before quarter mile and only get a split second in 4th, 1st gear of the s9b is brill for drag just a shame the iabs get missed in 2nd.

  14. Im looking to drop my quarter mile times and im thinging the best way is to go for a shorter ratio box, id love an S80 but cant afford one so thats out the question, what is the difference. Between the S4c and Y21 bar the LSD? Also does any one kno if the final drive from a S4c fit in the S9b? As i can get a s4c box but the mount has snapped off along with the casing!? Thanks in advance

  18. very nice, face lift model too, if it is getting a prob with 5th your one of the very unlucky ones as it was apparently engineered out on the face lifts. only just run in at that milage!
  19. mine did this now and then, then one day my passenger footwell was about 1/2 inch deep in coolant! culprit, heater matrix!
  20. Awsome!! Good effort mate! What size exhaust are you using? Have you removed the iabs from the im or are they just disabled? Does that long arm cai sit in the wheel arch or by the gearbox?
  21. Mines been doing this for a while!!!! Realy puts me off the car, no play in the bushes on the front or back, only bushes that need replacing are the arb bushes, the links are brand new, only thing i can think of is the tracking on the rear, ie toeing out. Going to be preforming a full alignment check on sat so will report back.
  22. It will keep it bob on to a certain point but the lower you go the more camber your gonna get, mines fairly low and it could do with camber correction. But i think the main idea in them is for adding camber.

My rev limit on my p72 is set to around 8300-8500 but is very harsh or hard cut whatever you want to call it, like if you hit it by mistake it throws you forward, my old ecu had quite a fast limiter, So my question is, is it possible to change the speed of the limiter or is it what it is,? Hope that makes sence,
