Thanks mate. My old wheels are the standard vtis fanblades, new ones are speedline chronos.
-
As said yours is an MB2 but this is the chassis code not the engine code, that you should find stamped on the side of the block and will be of the D14 flavour.
-
EK/EJ won't fit, MG/Rover 400?45 shape will and I believe Integra also fit.

Enough with the trolley reference already Sorry, couldn't resist what with the shopping story, I shall leave it now. -
I don't know but would think the motor in the deck is the same but the other way round.
-
Yep, I tried that last year, as you say the housing for the motor is formed so that it only fits one way, otherwise it would be a nice easy job.

We have a winner! Factory fresh! I think you've read that wrong mate, 167,000miles.

Wheel looks nice, need to retrim the sparco to match now. Iron-x time for the serious stuff eh!!

At least she didn't try to use the car as a trolley. -
That jack is brilliant, I definitely need one of those, using two jacks is a right pain.

That sucks mate, these guys get away with sh1t like that because they know you can't prove anything, pretty sure you would've noticed it if it was there before. At least the gearbox makes you

[MGZS content - yawn] Should I even bother fitting these....
NIKH25 replied to supertwisted's topic in Chassis
Yes, that's right. They can be quite hard over uneven/bumpy roads and potholes are best avoided. No clearance problems at all and the ride is less harsh now I have 16's on. -
Also worth checking the back of the unit to make sure all that wiring is where it should be and were they working before you changed the HU.
-
Good idea that, before you go ripping all the trim out.
-
Don't worry, you're in the right place.

Numbers on the shocks are the same as I have, I don't know about this spring colour nonsense, everybody's seem to be different and random luck as to whether they're right or not. Best bet is to get some springs for the MB, then you know they are sprung for the right weights. -

They look fine to me, a little grubby but that's to be expected. -
I think the MG/Rover ones fit.
