    there is 2 holes on the mani but the bottom o2 sensor goes in to the cat so when i put the de cat on it would have to stretch back to the mani? its quite hard to explain, ill get some pics to show what i mean i dont think i would know how to extend the wires

    just unplugged them and plugged them back in and its working ok for the mean time, will probably get some new switches in the future when these fully break.

    Grease it all up mate Longer lasting than wd40 will do!

    i had a quick look and managed to fix it, the metal cable that pulls and pushes both locks was quiet seized up so gave them both a spray with wd40 and that seemed to work even though the outside lock is still a bit sticky, we can just use the central locking

    hmm ill try unplugging the switches and plugging them back in, if not a trip to the scrappy for new ones! ive already replaced the fronts.

    got nearly all my gaskets etc for installing the manifold, there is only one thing that im worried about is the o2 sensor underneath the car. It is connected to the cat but the hole for it is on my new manifold not the de cat do you think it will stretch in to that hole? or what can i do to make it fit?

    i was wondering about the interior light, is it meant to come on when the rear doors open or only the front 2 as ive noticed that mine only come on when the front doors open

    thanks for replying nick, ill start soaking the 02 sensor in wd40 then by the time my gaskets come it should be ok think i might order some studs just for peace of mind just in case!

    do you think the cree sidelights would fit for the rear number plate lights? as they look quite long

    ok ive manage to source gaskets for the manifold on ebay and that i need studs that have thread at each end to join the manifold together, but not sure what size i need still no idea about how to remove o2 sensors..

    just got my manifold in the post and its so shiny! but a few things i need to know before i even start installing it with my de cat. it doesnt come with any bolts i presume i can use the bolts from the previous one to attatch it to the head? and what about the 02 sensors it has 2 holes for them and ive heard they are hard to take out without breaking? will i need brand new gaskets? im new to all this so any help would be appreciated thanks will upload pics soon!
