Mr Brown's Project MB3- Front End Repair Underway
Mr Brown replied to Mr Brown's topic in Honda Civic MA/MB/MC
so no update on her yet other than i stole her back lights for project MB6 so she looks good for the fest and we bought some replacement panels which have not arrived when they should of, god damn courier firms,,, Poor car i feel so bad for stealing her parts even though they are just borrowed and the fact that at the moment she is looking so sorry for herself with the dodgy rims and the battered up panels makes me feel so sad for her.. But all tatty parts have either been paid for or the deal sorted awaiting my payment and either arrived or in transit or to be delivered soon when i give the go ahead -
Yes that is great fun....

He has history with selling wheels, the last set just did not sell for ages for some reason even though they were a great price -
LOL quite a few years back my mate and i stole a seat out of my mk2 cavalier and made a racing seat for online racing, the steering wheel and gearstick and pedals and monitor all fitted to a small unit and the real car chair just finished off the experience

good man, treat the MB3 well and she will return the favour... -
Good man, your interior is looking awsome now dude and as for the car deal that sounds a nice and easy way of getting a few quid back..
-
i was told by my mechanic (who is a rover breakers yard) that the ones on my MB3 are the same as the rover ones and would fit the only thing i will say is check the weight difference between the rover they are for and your M as if there is a noticeable weight difference they may not sit right...

if it helps i prefer the MB6 fans myself LOL but i love both really -
cool man, so did she like them ????? I do !!!!!
-
cool so its just that our MB3 is the base model and thats why she has no rear arm rest...
-
do the new (old) rear seats have the arm rest like the others because that is one of the things i hate in our MB3 not having an armrest, the lap belt is tucked away under the seat so i don't care about that
