well heres a better pic. I know its dirty but I like the look of it here. took this at the carpark today where we had my daughters b-day party. makes a change from my kitchen window anyway lol deffo need to paint the headlights and tint the indicators on the wing.

Random one there tom lol Lol was a bit random that but a good call Safety first, gents, safety first I like the rear wiper delete cheers. yeah I think it looks a lot better without the wiper. might go about fitting the spoiler tomorrow. got daughters b-day party today so a lil busy lol. not sure how im going about fitting it yet as the screws on the spoiler dont line up witb the marking on the inside of the boot. the threds on the spoiler are much closer together than the marrks on the boot. also the back 2 screws would have to go threw a double skin part of the boot if you know what I mean. il take a propper look when I come to fitting it and cross that bridge then.iv got some sticky pads so the spoiler doesnt scratch the paint. so its ready to fit. might need a few more bits when it comes to it though lol. another snow pic. think I need to get out and take sum instead of just taking pics from my kitchin window lol

Lol god its almost twin isnt it. Interior on that looks minging tho. Wont be selling this for a long time anyways as its 1st reliable car iv got haha. Was working at the yard yesterday but didnt have time to do anything for myself however iv brought the spoiler and the now painted chrome trim home. Doesnt look like im gonna be at work for a while now due to the snow so I thought il bring them home and fit them there. So soon the spoiler shall be fitted

had heaters on but just wasn't enough. was just ever so slightly sticky. will be on next time im up there though

Done a few bits today. Wet sanded and lacquered the spoiler. Got the chrome trim off the reg plate recess and primed and painted. Wired up my amp so i can plug my sub in. Took the rear wiper off and popped in a gromit. Exhaust fell off again Saturday so got the pipe off and got em welded and put back on so now I know thats solid. Spoler ermmmmm not fitted....still lmao. Wet sanded it and few coats of lacquer like I said but the garage at the yard was that cold today it wasnt drying too well and its getting dark now. The chrome trim is painted and still wet also so havnt put that back on yet. Got my reg plate and the recess on tho so I dont get pulled. Not a bad day today, few things done so happy with that. De-wipered looks good though

gun metal it is then birthday target is tomorrow. been at work but not been at the yard, been at the bosses house working on stuff there, tomorrow same again, gotta drag a subaru shell from behind his shed :S and i think its going to the yard (fingers crossed) get some bloody work done on my spoiler then. really am twitching to get that on now.

Youl get there soon enough. I had shed loads of problems when I converted my saxos engine. Very frustrating but worth it in the end. Them lights will look awesome when done too

Yeah deffo thinking gun metal grey would suit well. Much better than black.

yeah i cant wait to see the spoiler on too. like i said it should go down well with the wheels on the styling side of things. glad i chose to put the katanas on swapz now and then came across the mg wheels. deffo spraying them a dark colour, either gloss black or a gun metal grey. need a dark colour as i know how hard multispokes are to clean, specially with a light colour like the white ones on my saxo. once they get badly dirty its hard to get it all off, specially if the spokes are real close together. least with a dark colour if you miss a bit of dirt it doesn't look as bad. lowering dunno when it will be but iv window shopped, can get by the looks of it springs about £70 and theres 2 choises 40mm or 60mm, now i know i wont be happy with 40mm, 60mm i know would look snug, just hope i wouldnt need to open the arches, i mentioned it on the facebook page and someone said the natural camber from lowering takes care of the gap. thats someone thats fit the same wheels so i think il go for the 60mm. either that or save for some cheap coilovers £180 ish but they will take me a while to get at the min. we will see, get other things done first..... like the spoiler lol

yeah i think it will look quite well once it gets there. really need to colour code the chrome strip at the back though, still screams out rover with that doesn't it lol

nipped up to work earlier to see what i'll need to do to the spoiler, put it up against the car and the colour looks slightly off, car does need a clean though so thats why the car may be a bit more duller, that and ageing of the paint, so decided i'll wet sand it and slap on some lacquer. should make it a bit more dull. the finish at the min (without me sanding and lacquering it) looks more glossy than the car. im up at work tomorrow so hopefully get a chance to work on it.

Cheers mate. Yeah lowering hopefully soon now im back in work so il get saving my pennies should start moving the ball along now if im getting more work yeah I agree with them making it look newer. Kinda like the look without the centre caps off. Might look nice when I paint em and have some nice looking coloured wheel nuts

car needs a wash btw exhaust isnt chrome now lol. il give it a good clean when spoiler is fitted

rims fit perfect, few mm snug behind the lip of the arch to so can saftly say im 99% sure it will be fine lowered on them, just got em on before it went dark as youl see by the pics lol. one side took pics, fitted the other side, got another pic and its dark lol. anyways........ havnt put centre caps on as they have mg on them so will wait until i spray them what do we think? much better than the katanas eh?

Swapped em. Not fit em to car yet so no pics. But they do look half decent. Do need a respray though so il deffo be painting them. Gun metal grey maybe will fit them later and get pics
