good call. iv got some spair threadlock the saxo I will be selling. got small bits of work to do on it and get it motd then its going straight for sale. just gotta bleed brakes, put cat converter on it etc etc and get it mot prep. been put off doing it though with the weather lately. I really want to track it though but missus having none of it I do miss driving it as it sounds awsome and really pulls and handles well. but even though the kids preffer it over the civic (for now) lol its too much of a squeeze for us now. civic is way more suitable. will be sad to see it go though. specially with all the hard work I put into it

ok so plan with spoiler is get the thread closest to middle of the spoiler out and move to the hole nearest the window so once screwed on its flush on the boot right down. might drill a hole in the middle of one of the bases so I can get the loose thread out and also use that on the other side. and as hickster said il make it extra tight with tiger seal. just need a way to remove them threads. see if I can find some nuts and double the nuts up so I can unscrew them off. ohhh I found some mesh in my shed that I was using on the saxo bumper but the edges came tacky but should be more than enough to do the front grill, also have some paint and primer left so I can see my bonnet grill getting modded soon. pretty sure I got some black paint too so will do headlights. if not grill is on hold until I get black paint for the lights. want to do them together so the front has a drematick change if I do have it all and I can get threds sorted on the spoiler might do it all in the one day. change the whole appearance in one day will be nice. oh another kitchen pic to finish off the mini essay lol and as I parked the car the other way round as I usually do.... so a few decent plans that I can get done soon

ok another idea on how to fit which i think will be best but i still need to remove the threads....and bin them. was thinking if i cut a hole like this: so i have enough roof to get my fingers in there and feed a bolt threw from the spoiler into the boot and tighten a nut. do one where the thread is at the top and do one where theres a hole at the bottom (will need to drill another hole in the boot though). anyone have any better ideas for me then im all ears....or eyes :S ...........

hmmmm or even does anyone know the thread size? cos iv tried pliers to remove the threads and they wont budge. so thought if I put 2 nuts on an unscrew the thread that way, hopefully, then I can use the threads I have and just move them into the hole closer the window. drill 2 more holes in boot and once tightened should sit flush right down then

ok 2 pics. as you can see the treads are close together and are only close to one side of the base. so do you see what I mean by if I toghten them the other side of the base wont sit flush? also dont know if the accord spoiler is the same but this integra one has another 2 holes on the base. I dont think theres ment to be threads in them too? does anyone know if you can get these threads seperate? as I might have an idea lol

il have to get a pic up of the threads and show what I mean. but it looks like it needs threads closer to the window side of the spoiler so it sits flush. the threads that are on there dont look like they will do it to make it flush that side. the loose nut in the boot skin I think I might get too now as it seemd like it was stuck somewhere as it wasnt rattling but when I shout the boot it sounded like it came loose. so il have to unclip the trim and see if I can get it lol. at the min though iv got tape covering up the holes

ok attempted to fit spoiler and faild badly now iv got 3 holes in my bootlid until I figure a way round it. was all going well but the side of the spoiler where theres a thread missing well the other thread on that side I didnt notice was sunk in a little bit and once fed threw the boot theres not enough thread for the nut to catch it. on the otherside the thread is fine however the hole iv had to drill closest to the window is right where the bumpstop is on the bootlid and I managed t o drill a big enough hole to gain access but the nut slipped and fell into the bootlid so thers also a nut rolling about in the boot as well as 3 holes. also I cant help but think even if I got them nuts tightened up that there would be a good few mm gap where yhe spoiler sits near the window. seems like the threads are too close together so the spoiler just leans. cant think of anyway around this at the min n iv had to pick kids up from school so not gonna have time to get back to it today. only ideas I thought is drill fresh holes and somehow get other thred in there and also use some tiger seal. not good.....
