Shouldnt be but check the front top camber arm ball joint. Or its too low and the camber arm hitting the strut tower (like my Accord did)

 

Take wheel off and look for any marks where the arm may be hitting.

If you want to go low. Assuming top arm not knocking. You should really loosen all the bolts on the arb and the arms. And retighten them once lowered. The lower you go your twisting all the bushes.

Not to mention putting some real weird angles on the CV joints which could highlight a worn shaft.
