Guest jimbob738
Hi Jake Do you have pics of when you ported the Skunk2 Inlet out for the 70mm TB and the injectors as I gotta do the same if not do you know any good guides?
KiNK43
I tried using a hole saw in a vice and failed. So just carefully went round with a dremel then sanded it. Used a dremel on the runners for the injector.
Guest jimbob738
I just checked the bore of mine and its 70mm out the box anyway so no need to dremmel that, regards to the injectors why did you dremmel them again im a bit confused on this one? sorry to sound dumb Jake its just all looks ok on mine out the box I might be wrong like. I am only fitting standard injectors and 66mm TB.
KiNK43
The port that mates to the head wasn't symetrical
KiNK43
Think mines an early version. Probably been improved anyway.
Guest jimbob738
Yes I think it has because I watched a video on the skunk 2 site earlier and he was porting one out they used to come 63mm out the box and like you said the ports for the injectors looked a bit fishy,I just went down the shed cracked the box open and measured it all up and was definitely 70mm OTB and the ports look lovely and matched for the Head. Sorry if I twisted you melon mate it got me panicking big time, Right to Nott's for some beers and Biatch's Thanks Jake speak soon.

vtec2011
I like Beemers but I would never own one.. I like the SOHC D16 and D15 for the intakes they had on them, they roared like fook with a £20 induction kit on them and went like a biatch. I just fitted a cheapo fleabay induction kit on my 1.5 Aerodeck and forgot how awesome they can sound on a wee D15 Lost a lot of bottom end power though...
