  4. Didn't realise you'd already sent the pics bud. Thank you. Its the other bit of the sill I need. But I think they had them as well. Just need to save the pennies now as trying to buy a house at same time as fixing car not the best idea I've had lol. Can do everything else but welding and I just don't get on. Pigeon sh*t comes to mind lol.

  7. Scuse the messy welds, I was still learning when I started that job and it only needed to be functional for me not pretty. Hope the photos are helpful. the repair panel comes up to the door kick plate so will need chopping down depending on the level of rot. The bottom is originally spot welded to the sill, I ended up using a combination of spot welds and rivets as it's all covered up with the plastic covers. Would advise maybe getting the rear quarter panel too and addressing any issues whilst your heads in there. Had to fab up a patch for the back of the sill but it's just a flat panel

  8. Quick waterless clean this morning, so did a bit of whoring on the way home from an errand. Ignore the bit of bumper on the last pic that I missed cleaning... I need to get some smart repairs done to tidy up a few bits where the garage didn't touch. I also need to get it in for 4 wheel alignment after all of the suspension changes. Also got to get the back box sorted out as it was patched up to get through the MOT. also, those mg skirts are making me come round to the idea of a vtis front lip...

  12. Those look amazing mate, really nice job you've done there. Looks like it came from the factory with those, and totally updates the look of the car. Liking those a lot!

  13. Mate if you need a dimmer switch I should have plenty of those in the garage. You want me to send one down to you, so you can put the wiring back to normal? Saves trying to work out why its doing that with the rear foglights? If its the headlight washer switch, think I've got those in stock too.

  14. Not personally drove one with this upgrade, but going on what I know about engines I'd say yes it will run, how well......that's the unknown. For those two mods done, I'd be getting it mapped mate. Yes it may seem like an additional cost when you'll be getting it mapped further down the line, but if it's not set up right then it could cause damage to other parts of the engine. It's pointless fitting these new parts if you're not getting the engine tuned to them as you'll not enjoy the benefit of the upgrade without tuning it. If you know you'll deffo be doing the other mods, I'd hold off until you have all the parts you want to fit, then fit them all in one go and then get her mapped once.
