I would just get one from a breakers and send it to them . Rich.

It will be 100% a air lock in the system they are a real pain to bleed up , you should alway mix your coolant with boiling water . That way the thermosat opens straight away and you get the air out faster you need to run the car with rad cap off till the air stops coming to the top but not to long that the water starts to boil with the rad cap off . Rich.

Clean out the throttle body . Rich.

The mb6 do have a black strip on the bumper but they are part of the bumper they do not come off this model civic do not have strips on you can see thay have been stuck on the bumper . Rich.

you sound like you have checked it all i would bleed the system after that a would get a new caliper or a second hand one if that sorts it there is some wrong with the one you have , the only thing i can think is the caliper is warn funny and the piston comes out at a angle and that makes it hard to move . Rich.

Exhaust manifold , decat exhaust will be fine and air filters will all be fine on the standard management but one you change the inlet you are changing and big part of the engine, asin the standard manifold the iabs butterflys in the inlet are closed till 6000 rpm and then they are opened by the ecu to give you more power , but if you change the inlet its like they are open all the time and therefore the engine will run lean as there is to much air going into the engine for the amount of fuel the standard ecu is putting in so you need a remap. They are not standard so they have been stuck on by someone just pull them off and clean the glue off after . Rich.

Is there any rust on the piston , I would check the sliders on the carrier grease them and i would take them out and roll them on a flat surface and see if they are bent . Rich.

I really want to fit a k20 into my ee9 so bad but as i have the supra i can justify a 2nd project car . Anything can be done but its all down to cash at the end of the day . Rich.

That was in ps so when you convert that into bhp thats about 90 bhp. We are running bhp and mph now so figures are easier to understand Rich.

Making power is all about flow the faster you get the air in and the air out the more power you make so if you are buy a manifold go for the best you can get , 2.5 inch is fine on any vtec engine. Rich.

Anything can be made to fit , a question like this is almost impossible to answer unless someone has done it before . I would just get one that fits or a universal one . Rich.

They are a good manifold but you will have to remap the car if you fit that as you will be removing the iabs as they are in the standard manifold and to map a mb6 its not cheap you will be looking about £450 to supply and map a mb6. Rich.

Go on ebay and look for a compant called japspeed the have super fast postage and they are good manifolds and they are only about £90 Rich.

Ebay is the best place to look . Rich.
