    You can use both, but the shocks are better on the v6 iirc. Nav has the 1.8 springs on his mb6 i think.

    Get a spark plug too for a 5er its easy mate and well worth doing every year at least.

    My filter is in the same place and I have never had a problem. I have went through some deep puddles and its been alright. So its not as bad as people say.

    I have a 200 piece halfords pro kit and its really good. Got it for 50 after it being half price and I had a voucher too.

    Its worth trying if you have the time, but like Simpo said they are s**t. Best saving for an alarm with it built in.
