  1. It's depends on what you wanting and what sort of power and if you want to be a bit Eco on fuel . I have an MB2 too and my MB3 can do 50 mpg and still pull 128 bhp

    That's true but its not as simple as bigger more flow its how it flows and how fast it flows if you to big you slow the flow on a small engine ( unless its turbo then that's a diff ball game ) Well if you need to replace the rust part like nick says best going for a cat back system

    Bore is the diameter of the pipe ,so like you said before the bore maybe 2 inch. 2.25 inch 2.5 inch Or if you have big power like me 3inch Basic the bore size is how big the hole in the pipe is

    I would go 2.25 but if its just the back box then it's not going to make to much of a dif , as for power loss if it does you are not going to notice 1-3bhp on a small engine you not going to feel it . It's all down to how the new back box flows as to loss or not Nick just answered lol

I take it the toyosport is for a the lower Mbs if its for mb6 it may still be bigger ,that said even with that set up you going to need a decat pipe or the cat coz there would be a gap where the cat should be . Cat system would be cat back and on the mb3 the cat is on mani mm so what you could do is get a custom decat pipe made to match both sizes up and fit that in between mani and system .
  17. O yer she's had an oil change still can not work out the dam heater blower works one time and then next time it does not mmmmmm I wonder if one of the yellow relays could be at fault mmmm whats you think ? If so anyone know where to get them ?
  18. That's good to known coz when I do finally get a full spray in PB I want and need it to be spot on (like every one want I know lol) So jake what your plans for her and when you going to get have a good drive in her ,will have to see her one day sooner rather than later
  19. Well after the long motorway run I washed her and was going to wax her when the dam rain came so got her away and it's not stop raining from 4 arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr she had an oil change
  20. You get a japspeed 4:2:1 mani and get the mb6 one modded with cat or decat

Yer all this said I was not worrying about the fuel coz she was built not for every day use just weekend fun lol , really what I wanted to build was a GT type of mental honda so you could do long trips if I want but also be like a mental type R like they used to be dc2 a sort of all rounder . So she goes mmmmmmmmmm grandad drive and a then hit the pedal and all hell breaks loose and NO TURBO going on under the bonnet. Do not get me wrong I love boost ,turbo or super charged but you just got to love N/A tooooooooooooooooooooo so sometime after 5000rpm you go holy shxx
