  1. yer what don't know is all I did was to put another 1.4 back in No you are all ok guys it's still one epic build over all these year and from the point she was to being crushed

Arrrrrr guys tom says nah till she is 100% so not to tell you the spec or see her Ok I wil forget what Tom said So where am I on the project o yes my plan had gone to her being N/A MMMM this was going to need some work . I looked at what I had left on the car after it had all but gone it's no good I said we going to have to go right back to basics from the floor up and I knew then it was not going to be a quick job So kw v1 would be my coilovers of choice that where I would start, it need to loose the rear drums so would need to a disc conversation ( done this on trin2 as well) mmm no brakes upfront so need to sort that the was 262mm on the 1.4 they was not going to cut it and while I was on the brakes a new master cylinder would also be a good idea MG 180 will do a steering rack was also need MB6 one was dropped in ( yes I could of got a dc2 one but at the time was a pain to get hold of ) and a whole new braking loom put in mmm had to look nice to More tomoz guys If you want it ????
  3. Every day the story well be come more clear ,like I said this car TRINITY D Mb2 1.4 was sorn in late 2005 so realy she had not moved under her own power for 7 years or so . Hyper sport racing that took on my project had her for just under 3 years from 2005 to end of 2007 ( then I spent 7 months cleaning and skipping the shxx they had done ) they was the xxxxx who trashed her right to the point of she realy need to be crushed She still got a few months work to complete her but 80 % ready so you guys will get to known the spec and story So if you keep looking in on her the clues will start to appear and by weekend you should all no the full story of my TRINITY D O and you will get to see her and the spec Ps that's if you lot all want to known the spec that is
  4. Ok just to let you guys know this trin2 is still going to continue being modded I have some rear half leather seat lined up an diff door cards and rear ARB Just so she does not feel left out coz of the big TRINITY D reveal
  5. Thanks guys Yes they was two 4 1/2 in rear cans and s/s from cat back in a 1.4 sound mental Ok guys today's chapter in the TRINITY D story . Ok so I stood back and said no way I can crush her now ( well I had used a ton of clay,polish,and wax ) Now from almost being crushed to come back she had to become one of the best mental MB2s But the question was how I had already lost 1000s on her as well as time not driven my pride and joy for 2 years SO guys she had to have power to keep up with the big mb6 guys so I said do I Turbo trinity Super charge trinity Or would I go NA with trinity Now I liked all 3 but one would stick out for me the plan before she was wrecked was to go S/c .But this is not Honda almost all good Honda's was or are N/A ( yes I no there are few forced before anyone points out ) just how Honda wanted So that's the route I would take she was going to be all motor N/A yer but the prob with this route is the cost per bhp not good She had to be done some how what the hell I had not driven her for just over 2 years she went off the road in 2005 it was now late 2007 and all I had was a very clean shell o and full car of useless wires god knows who's car the was wired from into mine So here is what I had to drive for a year or two before I got trin2 ( my silver mb3 ) You can just see it behind her white escort

  7. So a new look then Paul . I open up min bonnet the other day and god it's got dirty it needs a whole new redo that's trin2 that I am talking about

Ok guys I have been hunting for any pics of how bad she was but mm no like I said I had all but given up on modding and she was prob going to get crushed well at least scap metal value But I have found a few pics and these was taken after a hell of a lot of work ( month or two) cleaning and put back bits I had or found and cleaning the mess they had made ,left me with So here is the first the boot was full of crap like this and I mean full shelf would not shut ( well that had been nicked anyway )the crap went over back seat and was filling up rest of car that and 2 supra engine sumps full of old oil bits of a skyline engine not worth keeping ( they was smashed coverd in oil .well oil was every where ) .so just a pic after I had skiped tons Pic of engine bay well where it should be and this has been clean up compared to what it was . The shxx that was left in was better taken out so here it was And here a pic of some of there good wiring trust me this was the best bit of it and that's no joke Not even sure where the fuse box and ecu was it was just a mass of wires and most of them did not even belong to the car Now this is the day when I had cleaned waxed you name it I did it to get the oil and all othe paint damage as best I could . When I stood back she looked ( not close up so she looks better than in the flesh) I said to my self ( coz there was no one whith me at the time ) I can not scrap her I start to form the plan on TRINITY D mb2 she was going to be reborn oooooooo yes she was And looked at her

Ok guys I am going to look for some pics if I have any of her when she was wrecked thing is when she was in such a state civic 5 was not around then ,back in 2007 and she was going to be crushed so did not bother to take any and I did not have any project threads going or the like . And I was going to give up spending anymore cash on modding stuff ect. That was it if people good do this to someone's pride and joy what was the point it was only when I sarted to form a plan and had spent months cleaning her that I think I started taking some pics I originally bought her when she was 3 years old from Honda with 30,000 on the clock and by the time she had gone in to be killed she had done just over 100,000 and never missed a beat the little 1.4 so here is a pic of her in Wales almost standard just back box and air filter AND NOW THE BUILD STARTS

Never a truer word spoken or written indeed she will be close exterior wise then its onto interior and under bonnet dressing and also some tech stuff inside as well (but i shall say no more about that yet) Cool, its the same for me but I want a few performance mods (no more engine tuning as I'm happy with the performance and economy ) like lowering and a decent exhaust system.. Yer I said that in fact I was going to keep my MB3 almost standard then a month after saying that could not stop modding her and still not finished yet
  12. Yes been a long road and cash rob you will like her the ex D so from tonight this thread will just go back to the TRIN 2 mb3 build love them both she is going to get some nice new rear seats So now from this moment TRINITY D has her own build

So my TRINITY D was all but destroyed after lots of love and care by me ,she was then killed by hpyer sports and racing :twisted: :twisted: (no longer around thank god , they went tits up and the boss did a runner and left all the cars ,inc my TRINITY D to be ripped a part to the shell for drug money and god knows what ) oil coverd her inside and outside the seat had a ton of car parts and oil on them and on her 1000s of pounds nicked or wrecked. She looked like she was just about to be crushed :cry: and realy for the money I lost £5000 or more with damage or nicked parts I had got eg £1000 of defi gauges and fittings ripped out and nicked the list would be to long :cry: it was time to let her go she did not even have her old 1.4 heart anymore The day came to crush or not to crush her :cry: NO I just could not bring my self to do it to her then those xxxxxx would have won so I managed to dragged her 10 miles home with some help lucky we did not see the police we would of been screwed. She sat in the garden while I spent months to clean her in side and out as best I could it was a bit heart breaking to see her such a state . It was then while I was cleaning the outside of her on a nice sunny day that a plan start to come to me I said if she was going to come back she had to come back as one of the best mental MB2s ever and I think guys that is what I have managed to do yes my TRINITY (now known as TRINITY D The D in memory of crazydawn ) Is soon to be here although she is not finished fully yet that will take a few more months . I will prob not be able to keep her under wraps so you guys on CIVIC 5 will be some of the first to see and get the full spec and low down on her :D : O she is not trying for car of the month with the X factor style sob story :lol: : ;)So guys here she comes in bits so you do not see her all at once coz there is still a fair bit to do on her now I will leave it upto you guys to decide on how good an MB2 ex 1.4 she is now I am not comparing her to the big MB6 that would not be fair
