    yeah just going to take my time with it since im not using it atm in this weather, got to take it to the garage as I don't think I will be able to replace the starter

    tried the alcohol and it worked ok but still not strong enough, so today I got some ink stripper which is a lot stronger, wore 2 disposable glove and still felt it through them so couldn't do much at once but got nearly half done still some bits of the sticker I missed because they are transparent.

    just ordered a few things for the car! new reverse light switch so hopefully I can get my reverse lights working for once! new starter motor as mine is struggling to start as the starter is worn out and a passenger front indicator as they don't match, so getting an import one to replace the rubbish clear one. also this residue the sticker left is stupidly hard to get off might have to get some stronger chemicals

    cheers guys! saw the sun going down and thought would be a nice photo since I haven't taken any in a while, but now the car is just as dirty again.... hate the stupid salt on the road

    still using this daily for work duties etc got 260 miles to £30 last week! managed to fit a wash in after work before the sun went down!

    well looks like I don't need to get anything, my dad just came home with some pure alcohol from his work so I think that might just do the trick

    so I removed the huge 300zx sticker on the rear window as it was all bubbled and cracked and didn't look nice, think some Japanese man must of put it there 20 years ago and now im left with lots of residue, what would be best to get it off with?

    haha thanks man keep an eye on this thread in the future! got some plans already thought out but needs some tlc and mechanical stuff first.

    had a look at the instructions (load of s**te really) so went on to google/youtube and have an idea, set it to DC voltage as that's what a car is? then ground it out with black wire then touch the red wire on the bit you want to see what has what volts through it. will try it tomorrow, it probably wont work knowing me, if it doesn't I will get my mate who actually knows a bit about wiring to help!
