    I don't mind them either they just didnt go well with the front fogs and headlights, look much better all oem I think.

    went out today and tested the fog light power source with the multimeter and it had power but was fluctuating between 9 and 11 volts when the car was off is that normal? either way bulb still doesn't work but changed the horrible clear indicators for nice jdm ones

    thanks guys! hopefully that's the snow gone for good now so there no more grit on the road! so I can start getting some miles on this beast! only done 1000 miles since November!

    starter has been replaced and starts perfectly now! also I can now see behind me when im reversing, reverse light switch replaced! few niggles sorted out with a few more to go, the interior clock doesn't work so I will get a replacement soon then I can start work on visual stuff!

    snows almost all gone! things are looking up, finished getting all the sticker off. and Im just finishing off fixing my boot lock which didn't turn, took it out and took it fully apart soaked it in alcohol lubed it up and im just figuring out how to put it back together but it turns! im actually so pleased with myself taking this on just following a picture guide from a forum, I never normally would of tried something like this but I did it! and im off up to the slopes tomorrow boarding!

    yeah I picked mine up from a scrappy but I never loosened the screws and it fits fine?

    it could quite easily just be a dud starter/on its way out now since its 24 years old now, but they say to check that its not just one of the bolts just come loose! but I've got a replacement on hand anyway just in case.

    I don't think I would get far in the 300! saw a mate in his brand new fiesta get stuck last night in the local parks car park and its not exactly steep, just wasn't cleared at all

    cleared all the snow off the car and cleaned up the contacts on the battery and the car started up fine! there me thinking I had solved the issue but no turned it off left it a bit to try again and yup the horrible grinding noise is back, I think its the starter teeth on the flywheel but not sure what's causing it

    was so much snow today even on the main road the underneath of my car was catching the snow! so went out for a drifting session after work, so much fun!

    ah yes never thought of that! have some in the shed and im off work Wednesday and Thursday so will finish it off then.

    thanks tom! yeah for taking off the sticker initially I used the hairdryer and a Stanley knife blade
