X2 they are molded part of the bumper and can not be removed mate so you will have to choose one of the options above or your own of course..

or you can not p.m them because it says they can not recieve anymore so you post in the topic thread and still get no reply LOL seriously im sure that was just bad luck for me and a one off as nobody else has probs dealing with them....
