Hi noodles, very nice build thread! Are you running the skunk 2 mani and cams? Are the cams any good? After I get mine all mapped my plan is to get some cams, valves, springs and retainers! Upgrade the whole valve train. So just wondering your opinion on the cams.

not got the manifold on as yet :oops:

using the skunk2 tuner stage 1 cams atm only,as above so still waiting for the burner and better weather :roll:

have not used other cams for comparisons tbh but has better spec i think for b18c4 oem than itr R cams in b18c4 but are more £s, can use oem springs no cam gears req.dependent on rpm ;)

Those stage 1 cams will work good with that blower! You should get the inlet mani fitted, you'll feel a difference. I can't wait anymore for better weather, it's April and there's flippin snow!

I'm gonna go for the skunk 2 stage 2 cams and upgrade the valve train and aim for the 9000rpm mark!

How's the mapping going? Cause I see you've got a p72. What's your plan? I got a p06 ecu, socketed and chipped, but need to get it mapped to my car. Booking that soon!

still got to fit wideband and socket for the mugen chip for base map that will get it runing ,then when the correct burn2 get here !! will get things going how i want them.

mugen is 5k vtec/9k rpm gotta watch that and alter with the burn2 does rev well into fuel cut off atm :)

When you getting the stage 2 cams ?

Defo make sure you change rev limit on the chip! You putting in launch control? It's a bit weird, I don't like gonna get it removed from my ecu!

My plan is, get it mapped and running to its full potential, hopefully by the end of the month if not sooner. Then hopefully next will be whole new exhaust and stage 2 cams and upgrade the valve train! But you never know, may go boost!

When you hoping to get your turbo kit all fitted?

Will just Na for now to see what it drives like and get bits and there is ots of bits and £s to boost a manifold for instance is 3-400 £s or get a log type,

Would rather do it once correctly tbh.with no shortcuts due to £s

found out turbo is T34 hybred though and ok for 360 ideal for my goals tbh.
