bummer on the first set of speakers and im sure you will make the bad boy second set fit

 

I am really desperate to fit them! But I don't know how? I looked it up on here but I cannot find anything..

Did  Jake (Kink43) not say he had them in his car, tell him where your having problems he may be able to throw some light on it for you..

 

Or tell us all now mate, what is the prob your having fitting them ????

Nice, I changed all four speakers in the Accord to FLi Integrators and they were a big improvement on what was in there! Standards seem to sound quite good in the VTi-S for some reason :lol:

Well the 6.5" speakers won't fit in the original adapters / baskets in the door. I had a look for aftermarket adapters online but there isn't any for our M's. So I might have to make wooden adapters to make the speakers fit. 

 

It seems a lot of hassle just to fit speakers though.. haha

I loved the original door speakers in my MB3. It has nice punchy bass but they're getting a bit tired now being 17 years old!

I've said it before. Vauxhall astra adapters are the ones you want. You have to make a little pilot hole to secure them as only 2 holes line up. But they work.

 

Plenty of astras at breakers yards so it should be a doddle to get them,,,,

 

Aha! Brilliant! :D What MK Astra has it got to be? Unless they're all the same?
