As has been said bud, glad no one was hurt and your ok.

What a bunch of fricking wallies. I'd be considering changing garages if I'm honest! If they can't remember to close your bonnet correctly, what else could they have missed !???

 

yeah such a silly mistake I bet the mechanic who was working on my car is getting a right bollocking!

keeping it silver and as for a case as long as they fix it to my standards and im happy with it I wont be taking it any further

I am not so sure at the moment there is a case purely because they've offered to fix it anyway and if it's not right you just take it back and if they argue the toss then you may have a case.

Ohh..... sh*t :(  Glad you're ok and glad to see the garage is taking full responsibility. I really thought this would be the end of it but good thing the garage is taking good care of it.

 

She will be smiling on the day you pick her up :)

Glad you were OK mate and it's good that garage have accepted the responsibility of their negligence.. Hopefully the car will be back to it's formal glory once they have sorted out all the damage.
