WilkesyMB6
love the filter mate, and it has cleaned up well. I would want one but its the heat soak that puts me off. I wouldn't want to cover it up as the look of it is part of the reasons you buy it.
KiNK43
yes i do agree. although its gotta be better than the standard rubber tube, i was using a k&n filter which was fine unless standing in heavy traffic then you start to notice heatsoak.ill have a spare set of headlights very soon, am toying with the idea of puttin a hole through the light to allow air straight into the filter area.im not reallyplanning on driving the car a lot other than to donington or santa pod so think i can live without a headlight. WilkesyMB6
That's a good idea mate, perhaps if you got some dual projectors you could take one out and feet a pipe through to the filter for example. See a lot of big power cars with the headlight out for air, but i would prefer a light with a vent hole, as it means you can drive it on the road without getting pulled over. NIKH25
Good times mate, maybe you could box the filter in like Prezes did to avoid some of the heat soak. That's a proper friendly tyre place.
