They are Tinted with a spray and then a clear coat over that

Might be a stupid question but is your tail light tint film cut out for the reverse lights?

It's not film it was masked off and sprayed did them years ago already for when I got her ready lol

It is. 3rd brake light so at normal road hight you do not see it , till it lights and its bright
