ammarbm
Lol it's with haven...I hope they would have left it on and the agent thought he has cancelled it on one day notice so I get the next 8 months free as I only paid for first 4 months upfront

NIKH25
I think you definitely need to get trading standards or insurance watchdog involved, either the insurance company or the broker has broken the terms of the contract. In my view that entitles you to a full refund, whether you can is a different matter but it's definitely worth making a lot of noise about it.
Mr Brown
The main question is did you do it online or over the phone when you took out the policy, if you did it via a live phone call they have no right and you will be able to appeal, if you did it online it will be put down to a computer error and you have no rights. I asked my boss who has an elite law degree that was his answer.....
ammarbm
Had a reply from insurance company today and they told me its a fake policy and they have never issued it. The guy committed fraud with me and I was lucky I wasn't stopped by police in the last 4 months that I had this insurance. All I got is his first name and the mobile number. He has even used fake address for his company. So pi**ed off. Want to break his skull in half
