burbleboy
So I fitted my new sump on Thursday night; I tightened both the turbo drain plugs but one of them was still leaking. Had to re-drain the oil and put black gasket sealer on both of them. Put oil back in..... ....Oil leak from sump nut that is located under the flywheel plate so have to now take the manifold and gearbox brackets off again to get to it. what a pain in the arse this sump has been. Moroso should have better turbo drain/feed plugs. Utterly fed up with oil dripping and onto manifold and driveway. Basically got do the job all over again. And yes, I used the correct torque settings. God knows why it decides to leak at the most inaccessible nut known to man. :(
