Krzys
New hi/low loom fitted and seems to work, tie wrapped it this time so shouldn't suffer the same fate!
burbleboy
Right Krzys! Having read your woes, i am now lending my sympathetic opinion now. I have had exactly the same problems with my car, albeit not with the car itself but all the mods i have done.I have gave examples in my rants in my own build thread and the best advice i can give..... Simple walk away for a short while and get your head straight, then tackle things with a clear head and when theres nothing complicated in your life, at that moment in time. The funeral and all that goes with it will bring you down and your head just aint in it. Stick with your car mate, once everything is done, then its a sorted car for you to enjoy for many years to come. As said previously, its a solid, rust free car...that in itself is worth keeping. Chin up ya big woose!

One of the brakes work but the hand-brake doesn't work, and the other brake doesn't work but the hand-brake works...

Krzys
Cheers @burbleboy, nail on the head there! ^^^ Well said @burbleboy . Funny thing is I am still having the same problem with the rear brakes on my Aerodeck! One of the brakes work but the hand-brake doesn't work, and the other brake doesn't work but the hand-brake works... That is odd! I'm hoping that with help from someone who knows our calipers I can find out once and for all what needs doing or replacing to make the handbrake work properly. Went out in it for the first time yesterday since Saturday and with the new loom, I didn't notice any flickering so hopefully I can put that behind me, just need to adjust the height some more. I only pootled in the car as I was driving through town and with it being decent weather it was busy so no room to VTEC! Need to unplug the lambda again as it's bloody annoying! Only plugged it back in for the MOT, can't afford a replacement just yet.
