NIKH25
Looked into getting a new one. This was my conclusion. I think Dave the boss has this one in ruby. Just noticed Krzys has one from the same family, 8500 I think.
vtec2011
Very nice looking Deck and fingers cross it's as described! As for the headunit, DAB is the way to go if you're a hardcore radio listener! I think the headunit above is the same one as Krzys btw But if your like me who just like listening to music off an usb stick / music player or from an Aux, I got a Pioneer one cheap as chips from Halfords, 35 quid if you order it online

Not really bothered about DAB although obviously it would be good to have. All my music is on my iPhone, so as long as it's got a lead for that ill (and most importantly the wife) will be happy. Although I have just seen on another thread that a really good looking with loads of goodies is being broken, so funds may find themselves going else where
Krzys
http://caraudiosecurity.com/deh-x8500bt-cd-mp3-usb-ipod-iphone-ready-bluetoothThat's what I've just put in mine, would need to buu a DAB aerial separately though but isn't essential! Never too soon to start a thread, I started mine as soon as I got home from putting the deposit down
Grant
Yeah I've just seen it mate. Looks really tidy. Is the DAB a replacement for the standard or separate?? Have to say I'm really looking forward to getting a car again that I'll enjoy 'tinkering' with..Been far too long. Lol
Krzys
It has a second connection especially for the DAB, I've plugged both aerials in

Krzys
Yeah I ordered the DAB aerial at the same time, think it was about £25 but its up to you if you want it or not, I just figured why not
Grant
Would be interesting to see whether/what the difference is with and without, just for curiosity's sake. But your right, £25 sheets it's a no brainer really.
