So this is where I am, it's fitted and everything is tight. I need to add another screw at the sides, but all bolts underneath are tight.

The difference in colour is because the car is disgustingly dirty and I cleaned the lip in the garden before I fitted :)

And this is the small gap either side. Not a huge issue. May get some bond and 2 scissor jacks when the weather picks up.

These were the washers I used

I have a ton of spire clips and 10mm bolts that fit perfectly if someone else is in need of some. FOC of course.

Might look into FM reception issues next.

Since I've owned the car I've never had great FM reception. i'm lucky to get one station in my town, otherwise it loops through the whole frequency range.

I had this head unit in my previous car and had zero issues. I think I replaced the aerial shortly after I bought it for a Rover 400 one but that made no difference.

Hasn't really bothered me as I Bluetooth all my music from my phone but sometimes I miss listening to breakfast shows :(

If anyone is interested, my LastLibreFM profile is here:

The Last.FM Python export tool and Libre.FM tool appears to be working. Migrating  8-)  8-)
