Ok so funds a bit limited as I have a new cambelt and water pump being fitted thursday (£250 bargain) Desperate to get it lowered but dont want budget coilovers, so decided on AP ones which are £400 , plus I need new top mounts and tie rods as bit of play in rack, so gonna save up £600 and get it all done at once. So in the mean time thought I would plastidip the grill... As usual didnt mask up to well so can peel off any unwanted spray (if you do get light overspray, buff off with microfibre) Bit cold to spray and typically windy, but im impatient Rough mask up, before and afters to come3 points

Got my eye on some nice black projector headlights, once the suspension sorted of course!2 points

Managed to squeeze in without removing battery. Alternator was at it's tightest point and the belt could be turned maybe a half turn. However once tightened it back up it's not squeaked lol but new belt is here just incase2 points

If you get low dust emitting pads and wax the wheels nicely it's not a problem at all2 points

I can slack some more Cheers everyone! Just fired off an email to ignition car parts asking if I can exchange the parts I bought for a complete dizzy plus cash! Can't see it being a problem! Goes to show that poor maintenance will come back to bite you though! So the lesson here for you lot is if you snap a bolt on the dizzy cap, get it sorted, it's more important than you think!2 points

i'm just over the moon with it, i was begining to get fed up with all his bitching and moaning from him about the car, but when that dizzy was put on, and it struck up first time, it was brilliant, even more so when it reacted as it should when revved, as for the road test, it went up the steepest hill i have ever driven up, it went quite well to put it mildly. and we had a mini honda meet, a total of 3 honda's there!!2 points

Car booked in at a local garage to have both rear bearings done. £199.80 for parts and labour. Seems fair, bearings alone are £100+ a piece on eBay! Also bought 5L of Fuchs Titan Super 5W-40 full synthetic oil1 point

That does sound quite funny to read but I'd be well annoyed if it happened to me! Glad to see the box finally sorted though!1 point

Like this a lot! I'd put an OEM rear spoiler on in black to finish off the rear and do the chrome strip the same but that's just me! What did you attach your front tow strap to?1 point

Same here, totally forgotten about this thread. Was amazed to see 22 replies, thought someone must be giving away wind deflectors for free. So clicked on the thread only to see some Pokemon battle going on lmao.1 point
