  1. Sue its James here from Brighton. We spoke before, im selling my car and hopefully its going Sunday. I would love to buy Nicks car as after a mb6 , and ive followed his car and know how well he cared for it. Everyone can vouch for me on here about my love for cars. If i sell mine Sunday I could come down on Monday to buy it, I dont even need to look at it as I know it inside out!

  2. so first of all, i thought i would treat myself to a new trolley jack that i can keep at home. i can also use it for the smx so it comes in handy all round so i have been moving the battery and fusebox to the boot. hell of a job trying to route everything and time! trying to fit in doing the car, while trying to work, see the misses and just generally busy doing bits and pieces, but it's finally back together! got a few little bits to tinker with to get it how i want it, but that stage is complete!! so here we have some Aerodynamics adjustable bucket seats with some "TAKATA" harnesses and the battery and fusebox in the rear cubby hole!! oh and i still need to wire in my sub and head unit as i haven't had chance to do that a decent height so i can get the axle stands underneath and work on it with some space. also this was my footwell for about a week while i sorted everything! the earth wire and battery wire!! i made sure it was going to be one of the best Earthed Honda's around!! and here we have it, the fusebox and battery in the boot!! it fits effin PERFECT!!

  7. I found out the ricer cone can fit on the piping if I really tighten the hose clamp so it's almost oval. Figured I might as well fit everything on the car now and just swap cones when the new one comes. Got boost? She sounds fantastic on VTEC now. Sounds exactly like an Integra GSR. Can't wait for the new cone so it's getting more air.

  11. So I purchased a Tenzo R induction kit off eBay and it arrived today. Opened it up and the cone supplied is not only the wrong size for the piping (so big that tightening the clamp does nothing!), but it's not even a Tenzo R cone! It looks like a fake BOV! Yuck! Messaged the seller already. Hope it's just a mistake and they can send me the correct cone. If not I'll get a partial refund and buy a less ricey looking cone that fits.

  12. Thanks Stephen! That is what I thought too. Plus if I got another tatty car, it wouldn't be a problem for me I done a bit more to it yesterday, more filling and sanding. Still not quite perfect but she's getting there. It's all time consuming but I enjoy it

  14. Some pictures of the setup on my current MB6. Wheels: 16" Rota Spec R ET45 with 215/45 tyres. Suspension: Meister R Zeta-S. I don't have any other suspension related parts fitted and the car does need a full alignment. Originally dropped as low as the suspension allows (This is how they were out of the box) and couldn't get it off the ramp! Before on OEM suspension: During/After without adjustments: How it eventually left the garage after being raised 30mm all round: Love this shot! I have since raised the car a further 10mm as it was rubbing the front arches on the extreme edge of the tyre, otherwise I was really happy with that height as I could still get over speedbumps etc!

  21. Well, Had Roxy back into Western as a couple of faults appeared. First one was I noticed that sometimes when turning right, the right hand indicator would flash fast has hell, so thought either bad connection or the bulbs on the way out. Didnt have any chrome bulbs in my garage so though I'd leave it to them to sort out. The the heat shield over the rear silencer dropped down and rattled it's nuts off on the exhaust! Thought the exhaust was hitting the ground when i heard it,was like WTF!!! And one of the wiper blades buggered up, so called them and took her in today. The heat shield is kapoot, so theyve removed it for now and new one is ordered, and new pair of wipers fitted and new bulbs for the front indicator (bulb was blown) and also replaced one of the number plate bulbs as one was out. Came back to pick her up and shes been all washed, tyres dressed and hoovered! So looking top banana again! Great service as always! Also saw Lexy for sale in the same spot on the forecourt that Roxy had been in (top spot, pride of place right at the front!) which felt strange, and Lexy is also looking good! Someones gonna get a great car there! Soooo, came back from garage and some new toys had arrived for her (yeah I know, I wasnt gonna mod her!) New set of wind deflectors Also got some custom fog light protectors through a mate on Civicinfo.com that he designed for sale in the forum. Good quality they are too, being 3mm thick. They come in all colours, but thought I'd go for light smoke for a kinda moody look. They also have a rising sun decal in the corner, which looks well smart!
