As has been said bud, glad no one was hurt and your ok. What a bunch of fricking wallies. I'd be considering changing garages if I'm honest! If they can't remember to close your bonnet correctly, what else could they have missed !???
When you come back from yank land and having emptied your testicles in some random yank hoe, you will be all refreshed and keen to get that long list sorted. Then you will have a trouble free and fun car to cherish forever!
My brother next door neighbour has a T5R he has rebuilt the thing its near mint, was on 150,000 when he bought it we helped him whip the engine and box out for a recon was cool to see, does best about 20 mpg that thing, his wife pops to the shops and back in it that's all. he has a v8 Dodge charger Ha Ha its insane.
Thats $h!t mate, the MOT is meant to make sure your car is road safe and road legal yet they send you away and have that happen!! Tester should recieve heavy disciplinary imo!! Glad you or no one else was hurt, could've been alot worse! Make sure you check those repairs and get them to re-imburse you on the new bonnet sticker you will now need lol!
their actually 6x8" lol I was gunna fit the brake discs today but after doing hovercrafting, quading, clay shooting and rage buggies yest for a stag my body is shattered lol
Like all of said its poss anything is All you need it time ,money ( sometimes lots lol) o and a big hammer for when things don't go how you want them to
Or the other way is to remove the rubber bungs in the boot and underseal the boot so it wont rot also runs off nicely, worked in my aerodeck stopped it smelling like wet dog. Tiger seal all round the windows mate less of the £500 chat that's silly in a few years they would leak too, most windscreen fitters use tiger seal anyway or black sikkerflex caravan shops sell it, the best sealent you can buy they fix caravans together with it. many cheap ways to fix a leak just don't panic and take your time finding the actual leak, if you want help pipe up mate don't sell a VTI-S just coz of some leaks...........to many gone already and when your back off your trip you will have cash and regret it. go Sutton get some tiger seal and get dirty Krzys..
yeah but if you took the 2.5" off and replaced with a nice 4-2-1 2.25" and same bore exhaust it instantly returns, the 2.5" bore isn't really suited to the b18c4 as its not ported and polished like the ITR but the intake mod helps things as the standard c4 intake is soooooo restrictive its untrue in my opinion the worst thing Honda put on a B series engine, made sense on paper ( due to economical driving and fuel consumption) but not in practice, just chokes up top end power. I bought the dual Valve ITR springs and looking for cams now to try and get past the low end issues on the b18c4 I think a mild polish and 3 valve seats will make it a different engine IMHO. I like the SOHC D16 and D15 for the intakes they had on them, they roared like fook with a £20 induction kit on them and went like a biatch.
