  1. Coolant and oil levels fine I am glad to say, radiator looks newer than 1997 ! so maybe it's had a new one and not bled fully ? Looks a bit bare infront of the rad, should it not have a grille ? the rad only covers half the space as well ?

  2. Thanks Dave. The brakes will definitely need upgrading before I can have too much fun though. But that can wait, there damn expensive big brake kits plus finding brakes that fit with the standard wheels is a nightmare. Big wheels may look nice but they can ruin handling, cost sh#t loads for tyres. Smaller wheels quicker acceleration, granted not much difference but still I like em.

  6. Well finally got the funds together again to get a 40mm bearing diff and a aem obd1 ecu from hondr, plus I'm ordering a obd2a to obd1 harness a 22 vein oil cooler and a 3ltr baffled oil catch can with drain plug from eBay as they are simple none moving parts this shouldn't be a problem. Then I just need to fit everything and have it mapped. Fingers crossed it won't go bang to soon lol.

  11. As above, might just be a split in one of the vac lines on the inlet.

  12. To be honest, the damage has already been done, the grease has gotten out, and dirt has gotten in, it'll only be a matter of time before it starts knocking, so either replace the C.V. Joint or replace the shaft. J+R do shafts for 35 quid so you can't go wrong with them.

  13. Yeah anything like that. Long as it's not full of grit and crap. Make sure it's loaded up with grease. Sorted.
