    I used a filler plastic primer first then a white primer and Honda night hawk black for finish coat. I got tiger seal to bond them back. Don't think I can get all the old stuff out fooking nightmare.

    Try putting the cat back in that will prob help as mine went raspy when I decat it. Also cutting out the middle box is prob the worst thing u could of done lol

    Got little clamps that hook on the spring and use a 12mm to tighten then compresses the spring

    Been a little bit busy this morning changed my front lowering springs from Honda ones to rover ones even gained 10mm drop Before After Also there was a talk about using spring compressors because the spring would fly off through the car then come back and rip your face off so I decided to do a video with my spring compressor which is my foot

    The black round port on the bumper is from eBay search sub port. The piping is from the smx lol but again get it off eBay or halfords
