go up to top speed (on a None Public Road) and slam on the brakes .. do this a good few times and report back ?? get on to the pad makers and ask them about this .. this is what i would do

What ever do the front so first its easier and less fiddle i found a way that you don't have to take off the lower ball joint ( im sure im not the only one though )

you could shave of the edge of the pad thats is in contact with the disk at an angle ?

check the caliper sliders are not beginning to seize if they are, remove all the sliders from all four calipers and clean them with a wire brush/sand paper/drill/dremal maybe even clean out the holes with an ear bud then use copper greese as a lubricant

a ramp is not very good for changing shocks i done it at home on the floor in a very slow four hours i will walk you through all the steps as i rember them well if you want i recomend you keep you wallet in your pocket and diy ill help you =]
