    ha ha no my mate wrapped it while i held it!! sadly i don't have a misses apart from my car. i wrapped the rest of the exhaust today took me ages to get it off as i was in a pit doing it, was like a sauna as i had to have to whole car covering the pit to get to the rear of the car. it sounds nice now will get a video of it tomorrow hopefully, weather depending. and I'm now getting it to pop and bang tonight its great fun i think i might make a decat for it at work, but need the sizing for the flanges or i could get an old cat and chop the flanges :/ but we'll see!!

    No it wasn't, that's why he's sticking the mani on ha ha its not actually that loud!! it has a lot more torque and kick to it now, and it sounds a lot nicer throughout the rev range i'll get a video up when i see my mate

    right update time!! manifold is wrapped and is on! no picture of it on the car yet, no time at the moment but will do tonight. finished off silicone hosing the washers. more pictures to come later today

    looking good. i have never seen a 3 point strut that bolts onto the chassis like that, rather than the top mounts, looks good though none the less. keep up the good work

    ye, they get clogged up with crap over the years and a new one should sort everything out, hopefully. but ye once its fitted i'll give it a day or 2 and get back to you with the results

    they say every 80k, mines done 90k now, but also the wires have kinda split on one of them :/ but i wouldn't know sorry

    there are 4 wires, so im guessing universal???

    you'll get loads of attention, at one point my mate got in with me and had our friend with big b**bs do the poppers up on the front. was a great site none the less

    Lambda sensors, are they all the same, obviously not fitting wise, but i need to replace mine very soon. so would one from a 1.8 M series be fine on my 1.6 M series? i have read on the internet that they literally all do the same thing, just the different connections and sizes. can anyone confirm this as i dont really fancy buying one £70+!!!

    ha ha everyone actually loved it, but sadly no, my ex was there and no one was single was a great night though, and its great with the mask on as you can easily get away with perving manifold will be fitted on tuesday if all goes to plan

    ye and me :/ when we come to take the manifold off I'm guna soak it loads, but hopefully the one down the scrappy on the deck is still in good nick and i'll pinch that when i next go down, hopefully tomorrow if its not raining :/

    right, so i ordered the exhaust wrap at 1:30am on friday morning, along with more silicone hosing as i didn't buy enough the first time around oh and a mini USB cable for my iPod as my old one broke from using it too much. it turned up this morning after coming home from my party, a picture from last night these are my goodies me and my mate got straight on it today!! took us about 2 hours to do, taking breaks aswel. so nearly 20 metres of wrap later we got this after all of that i ended up at my nan and gramps garage doing the silicone hose for my washers sorry about the light, it got a bit dark in there i WD-40'd the bolts on my manifold ready to loosen em off for when i change if and i left the heat shield off it smoked a hell of a lot so i had to open the bonnet and leave it running for 15 mins or so, so it burnt off the fluid

    Was thinking about that a while back just other things have got in the way like wheels lights lowering etc etc lol Its all in the detail i spose init ha ha i know what you mean mate!! i have been meaning to get my windows tinted for months! i still haven't got round to it can't wait to see the 2 braces together!

    Thanks my list of things to do just keeps getting longer and longer now!!! can people stop modding and giving me ideas?? its getting expensive to try and keep up!! ye if they will let me, im taking it ATS which is literally round the corner to me, i said i'd need it up there for about 10 mins, so i'll see what they say. i do have access to a pit but as i want to look at both the front and back of the car its easier to get it on a ramp

    do it in stages then?? paint one caliper one week? then another the next week? just a suggestion?? what else you got planned?
