    K&N 57i cone air filter on a oem intake pipe.. I am looking for a long arm intake pipe so that the air filter sits behind the bumper. But I can't find them cheap on Ebay, or is 40 quid cheap?

    Wow that looks nice.. Again, goes with the black bits nicely I would do this mod myself but not so dark.. Same for the headlights too

    It might look hard but its quite easy.. I manged to remove the headlights without taking the bumper off but that's doing it the hard way And I got skinny arms to get to the bolts inside the bumper

    B*****ds But your car is going to look with those other headlights on. The black insert mod was a real pain in a nut to do. Makes life a lot easier buying them already made haha

    Cheers everyone! Its low profile tyres and S/S Piper backbox next.. Then I will start looking into lowering (The best part!)

    Yes I will be doing that for sure. I didn't even think of that before putting the grill on. Will be done sometime this week

    The headlights look a lot better, but even more better if you respray the chrome inserts.. And I actually quite like the bonnet but I can see you going for the clean smooth look Cant wait to see the respray done

    I have finally completed and fit the grill today.. I am really happy with the results and the front looking more I just got to finish off the 'H' badge. I'll wash the car when its a good sunny day, with a decent camera and do some close up photo whoring..

    Very nice, don't see a lot of black M's around (Apart from pirate black VTi-S) Looking forward to seeing what you do to her and hopefully fix the problems. I had the exact same idle problem as you which is on my MB3. I replaced and played with a lot of things (Idle control valve, throttle position sensor, map sensor) and it turned out to be the air in the cooling system (bubble in the coolant) and this runs through part of the throttle body which causes the sensors read wrong. Hopefully you get it sorted out

    Got to work this morning and found the grill been moved.. Got finger prints on it because the paint wasn't quite dry. So I got to start all over again.... I am now on a investigation, should be easy that I got someones finger prints

    The smash might look bad but stick a new radiator in, and I bet it still runs like a dream I have seen a EK-MB front conversion somewhere.. I will have a look now
