    well because my leads are taking so long to arrive i ordered some stiffer exhaust mounts like paul (knight) has, did all 4 at the back today and going to order 2 more for the middle box soon enough, it has massively reduced the exhaust rattle! and was a very easy job to do the only hard bit is getting the old ones off as they are coated in rust pics up in a bit

    yeh would be a lot easier to sell and buy another car but i love my car too much to sell it! also dont think i could get insured on a 1.8 yet, maybe next year i was just looking in to it not definitely going to do it, but it seemed like a pretty cool thing to do and if it means getting vtec with fuel economy would be so mint!

    ok cool but i meant like regardless of the wheel how much space is there to wind down? if you get what i mean?

    i got some Meister R coilovers, and if anything the back will be highered. but will keep them the same height and get them cambered ah lucky you meisters are my dream how much lower do you think the coilovers on the front and back could go? cambered will look sweet!

    looks so nice! i really want my front lower but my coilovers are nearly all the way down what coilovers do you have? and do you think you will put the back lower?

    thanks! yes i can imagine it not being simple but totally being worth it depending on how much cash it would cost, tbh i dont think im up to it, no where near enough knowledge or know how would still love to do it though

    well i just found out about it recently, and i think it means taking the non vtec head off of your existing d series engine and replacing it with another d series head that has vtec. i think that sounds about right. you would gain lots of bhp and the main part get vtec just dunno how hard it would be to do and the cost of doing it.

    anyone know if a mini me swap would be possible on my engine d14z4 as im just looking in to it at the moment as it sounds like quite a cool thing to do if it was possible, ive seen a lot of people do it on the d series forum but was just wondering if it was possible on my engine would of posted on the d series forum first but having problems registering

    i think the main areas for rust for you to check would be behind the side skirts and underneath the arches thats the main areas that i know, and maybe check underneath the passenger footwell carpet, as that is a common place for water to build up

    Nice one, should smooth things out a little! cheers yeh it should do as on start up it does feel a bit sluggish etc so should sort that out

    quick update, ive just bought some 8mm ignition leads and they should arrive this week in the post will get pics when they are fitted and they should make a big difference to the car
