  1. Haha my brother once borrowed a sledge hammer from my dad to help fix a Peugeot Git still has the hammer in all!
  2. I would say the seller just let you down mate.
  3. Nothing for you to worry about mate, he was on his second strike for bad attitude and being rude to members including myself mate. A discussion is always welcome but flat out calling us idiots is not on.
  4. She won't buy it for you? Can't say I blame her!
  5. You're also a prick with a bad attitude and I've had enough of your shit, get fucked.
  6. Hers has bigger balls Get airbags, on the floor at a show then lift it if you want to use it!
  7. With the Meisters I have them wound with 60mm of thread between the lock ring and the pre load ring with 10mm of preload set on each corner, handles really nicely without being overly crashy. I don't drive everywhere at 100mph but when I do decide to have a spirited drive I find it very compliant and much better than previous set ups I've had. I won't say it's perfect because A. It needs a four-wheel alignment and B. Would need camber adjuster to be able to align it properly. Lowering springs are inherently flawed as they are progressive and not linear.
  8. So then, when are you putting some coilovers on?
  9. Out of curiosity how much are branded coilovers for an EG or EK?
  10. Have fun dude! I don't think of '96 as old but given that it's a bike she's done well!
  11. Usually cheaper than just the engine!
  12. I know what you're saying Jamie but the Meister's do cater very well with them being fully adjustable, first time I've had fully adjustable as before I've only had lowering springs or the MGZS set up which as you quite rightly pointed out, cheap! I've learnt in recent years that trying to do things on the cheap just causes more hassle than waiting a bit longer and paying more for specific hardware. I can have the Meister's high up, low down and scraping the floor or I can have them wollowy or hard as a rock! Perfect being as I keep changing my mind so I keep having to adjust them so
  13. Ooooo that's a nice bike! Though I know nothing about them!
  14. Looks much better now! Nice bit of copper pipe there!
  15. Japfest 2 is doomed I tell you, doomed!
  16. And look what happened, a Starlet crashed by our stand on the track!
  17. Only things I know of are an obvious leak/weap or something to do with how many times it rebounds if you bounce the car?
  18. Mental note: Don't stay in the same area that Roj happens to be in
  19. Hope that's all it is mate! Each oil change I get done on a Honda we always just check the bolts are tight, you'd be surprised how much they work themselves loose!
  20. I'd probably be running for the hills too
