  1. Thanks again for your comments sorry the pictures I've taken so far aren't the best, I need to tap up someone who's good with photography!
  2. Wow, first month on the site and that's the result thanks to all who voted. Means alot to me!
  3. Lol! I'd make it the first persons house, then I'd either be going home in a Taxi or in a police car so who lives closest??
  4. Negative 1.2 on front and negative 1.2 on rear
  5. This is my set up, I'm still playing around with it a little at the moment but i can assure you - where ever i point the car, it goes!
  6. Wow! Thanks to everyone who voted for me Some truly awesome cars entered! This car has been my life for the past 2 years so its nice to get some recognition for what I've done <3 !! Cheers people's
  7. Will catch you then no doubt,be good to see what you've done
  8. Ah cool, yeh that's only round the corner there's a Bristol meet coming up. U going?
  9. Well u learn something new everyday yes your right mine is not re-mappable hence the £1200 cuz £800 of that is a new rewritable ecu! I've seen alot of piggy back systems for sale before for ecu's but I must admit I just wanted to do it right first time without cutting anycorners. Yeh it's costing a fortune but atleast when it's all done if I want to upgrade the car further then I'll never have to worry about upgrading ecu's anymore
  10. Where u based phil? I'm sure ill be attending the next meet
  11. Colour coding it - now that could be an idea keep the grill black?? See I'd sooner shy away from the mesh grill but as ive said the only way to do that would be to get one made and unfortunately I don't know anyone who is a master at that kinda thing Yeh my naturally aspirated engine will almost be complete then skunk have already agreed to do me there best price direct from them and they're guna officially certify my car when done!
  12. That's how too keep a clean car mint! I've only insured mine for 3k a year and I can tell you now if the road are in any way wet then mine isn't going out lol.
  13. That's prety good for a live map I should have print out readings of before and after so ill post these up after she's been mapped...as I said I'd be happy with 190-200bhp. With my fully built skunk 2 head that I'll be fitting in a year or so I'm hoping for 220-230.
  14. I will have to bair this in mind. My cars already booked in the performance autoworks and I've payed a deposit so I will still go ahead with that first......I must admit, reading your link noodles it does sound like a good bit of kit however I've not heard of it and I certainly don't know of any tuned cars that run this who have recommended it. Have you tried it?
  15. Yeh that's it,something like that would be cool, maybe even in white still. Either that or I carbon wrap the chrome front and rear, and possibly the fog lights covers too. Then it might blend alittle. What do ppl think??
  16. I read a post the other day from someone who claims that I should be running around 190bhp without a re map! I wouldn't belive this as I feel at the mo the car has lost alittle power due to the amount of mods I have. It is being remapped nxt week so I will have before and after figures then, I'm hoping for 190-200bhp
  17. Hmmm, bit aggressive for my liking, have u seen the Mugen ones they do for the EP3 civic? Something like that would be cool.
  18. It ok I found him now if any body has any pics of his work that would be a help.
  19. Is it the guy who works for reform plastics? There's a few nick greens on FB lol.
  20. Cheers Fyfie,I'll try find the guy now. I appreciate the comments Would look sick with a proper Mugen style grill. I'd have to get rid of the chrome lip above the number plate too....maybe carbon wrap it??
  21. And this is why I wanted to join a forum I wasn't too sure on the chrome and wanted to get opinions first. Again it seems like majority of ppl would change the front grill. Black would be good but I'm afraid of it being too dull,be nice if somehow I could get the grill to stand out but not as much as the chrome....... A mugen grill would be prefect but yet again - not available for the MB
  22. Crome? I've not heard of that noodles...... I did have a guy who had made a map setting for my ecu and could fit the chip for £200. My gripe with that was how can u accurately adjust the map if you don't run it on a dyno?? Yes you can get it prety close with out doing dyno runs but atleast having the figures in front of u rather than trial and error u can get it perfect.
