That's why I bought cheap tyres! I can't be trusted with £65 tyres on a BMW yet.
-
My tyres arrived today, only the best Chinese tyres for me.
-
The one with the pink tassels.
-
Guess I should stop laughing at the name then. Ling Long. Maybe it's time you traded the bike in for a Beemer?
-
It's also supposed to make the ride a little less awful.
-
I think that's done to compensate for the standard damper isn't it? I mean most coilovers aren't progressive because the dampers match the springs.
-
Jinyu make the best Chinese tyres, they're called Evergreen over here. My MB6 has a full set of Evergreen EH23 tyres and they're actually amazing. Decent dry and wet grip. Also they don't seem to wear out! Only lost 1mm of tread after visiting Santa Pod twice and doing countless wheelspins in perfectly legal situations. I'm on a budget because I can't afford to replace expensive tyres every year. All the other tyres for under 40 quid are either unknown brands or are actually terrible. I'm sticking to what I know works.

I ordered a pair of these today: http://www.camskill.co.uk/m54b0s16p123512/Jinyu_Tyres_Car_Jinyu_YU63_Jinyu_YU_63_-_225_45_R17_94W_XL_TL_Fuel_Eff_%3A_C_Wet_Grip%3A_C_NoiseClass%3A_2_Noise%3A_72dB Now I can slaughter my old rear tyres.

I've never seen a standard EG and MB spring side by side so I'd agree with your assumption there. Doesn't help that most lowering spring manufacturers don't publish the spring rates! I've only seen spring rates for Meisters for our cars and that's it!
-
I only read that he has EG springs. The EG shocks are shorter though, yeah.
-
The back end of an MB is heavier than the back end of an EG. It's likely the springs are designed with the EG's weight in mind, not the MB.
-
Even a sub 1000 quid car is worth more in bits! Does that apply to MB2s and such though?
-
Would it reflect the owner?
-
Could turn this into a game. Post an M for sale and then guess if it gets broken or not.
-
Give your girlfriend the MB3 for Valentine's. Then you can be an adorable Honda couple.
-
The fan speed is on the opposite side to ours, it'd look like you had broken knobs! I'm sure Moman can produce RHD ones though. They can change stuff for you if you email them. I'll be asking about this when buddy gets back to me about the dials I want to order.

A small change of plans to reflect recent events.

Oh you.

Ah I didn't realise they were different to ours! Would have to e-mail them I guess?

My MB6 has a thermostat meant for an Integra Type R. It's fine.
-
Now that's just inappropriate.
-
If it is the thermostat, try a genuine Honda one? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HONDA-GENUINE-THERMOSTAT-Honda-Civic-92-00-VTI-EG6-EK4-B16A2-Integra-DC2-B18C-/291298981461?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item43d2c5b655

Couldn't help myself, sorry.
