Hi! Im about to buy header, but I have to act fast. Engine is stock B18C4, stock header. New header is 4-1 with bigger diameter tubes ofc. My only question is that, the low and mid range are gonna lose torque or power with 4-1? I know it gives on top end, but my exactly question is if the 4-1 has better diameters than stock, it could give the same powers on low and mid as stock? (and better on high end ofc) I just dont want to loose on mid range

Yes, the outer and inner arch cutted shorter, and welded over. it has something like 4 or 5 mm lip top, at the arches. Both arches had protection with paint and underseal. And for a try, I just splashed water on the rear half of the car. Didnt splash it in the arches, so I dont think it could go in anyway :\ I try the covers then

There are some updates. I just bought the fuel pipe cover, fitted, went to car wash, and its still leaking on both rear sides. Rear lights are dry, its look like water comes from arches or above... both sides leaking a bit. I dont know what to dooo Car was totally apart, rear arches are welded shorter so i woudnt have to roll (also sealed). I dont see water from the rubbers,.. those seals fine. but something is wrong. mb6 vti, with sunroof (checked the tubes, air blows over) (on the pic, thats not watermark on the sidewall, the yellowish stuff, thats cavity protection)

Gonna check the left rear light. First I need that pipe protector, then car wash, or rain There is a bumper holder and that flipping thing that release the air when you shut a door. they were removed during bodywork and I see water mark on inside at the holder clip, also the wheel could splash water there. Maybe the water mark is from the paint job, while washed... but I sealed all things there now.

Hey. I have some water problem in trunk, after drove on wet roads. water comes from left side of the trunk, but dont know exactly where. Is that possible, the fact, my fuel pipe protector is missing, cause this problem? :\ If not possible, then also looking for small type of fishes. prefer colorful ones, or doesnt matter.. they will be in the trunk. of turtles.. or mermaids, sharks...

Thank you It was really hard and long work for me, since its my first car project. But I love it. 65 is not that cheap, usual earnings in this country is around 400-600£, some ppl work for less, like 300. So thats why it looks cheap

cheers Also have some plans before the season. for example, I want to rebuild my spare distributor. shaft bearing and O ring left to buy. Also my rear engine mount knocking, shifting is weird to 2nd and a bit in 4th. I had smooth shifting before new clutch, so I believe bushing change will help. Bought ES linkage bushing, and used, but perfect rubber condition Hardrace engine mounts from ITR breaking. Had to remove some rust and repaint.

yea, same city, its made with very good leather materials for ~65 £. this price is high in this country, but totally worth it. (there are few oprions for 35-40£, but i didnt trust in cheaper solutions)

Hi! I had new clutch in 2015 (aisin), before that, shifting gears was smooth, except the worn clutch. After the change, 2nd gear is harder to shift a bit and in 4th gear I feel the knob moving a tiny bit on pushing and releasing gas pedal. So I guess its nor syncro, since it was smooth shifting before that service. Using MTF-3. Since that, I've got a new clutch again, but it wasnt the problem, cuz its still doing that. My last idea is linkage bushing replace maybe. Looking for advices, ideas about the problem, also looking for info about lingage bushing. which, where etc. cheeers

Hi! I'm about to fit my wheels outer a bit with spacer. BUT... its possible on rear, that arch is cutted short... on the front... its already scrubbing when turning left or right and theroad is a bit bad. So, how to make nice fitment, get the wheels out to line of the arch? pictures, ideas, tips? I need around 10mm i think, but Idont want to dent my front fender arch :\ pics about current setup:

Hi! I need a good source for reliable ignition module. If its possible, i dont want to buy used one since I have 2 faulty. i have jumping rpm needle. So please share some advice, info about icm for 1.8 VTi (td-86u dist.) price should be cheap as possible, but reliable, at least for 30k miles. cheers

Hi! Injectors are very noisy on my b18c4. Is it normal they have ticky sound? Any ideas for cleaning? Long time ago, I used some fuel system cleaner stuff added to normal 95, after that, I replaced fuel fllter. then I used 95 premium around 70% of my fuelings, to keep the system clean. other 30% is normal 95..

Hi. I used the car without wheel airbag, and after its reinstalled, srs light still on. fault codes are 71 11 as i remember. (unplugged srs) But its plugged. So, how canI delete SRS codes on proper way? '97 MB6 (horn is working, wires not damaged)

i had this bearing noise in every gear. first it was only noticable in 1st and 2nd, then got louder in months and heard in every gear while accelerating. My problem was the differential bearings. And they costs around 160 gbp, here in hungary. they are special slim, but strong bearings and copyrighted by Honda... So the only source to buy them was Honda. not even an SKF or others...

I had a new clutch set, a good one... Aisin... did around 2000 kms and it was faulty :\ disengaged half sided. so it was an expensive 2k km clutch set got a Sachs set now (exedy in the box), and new differential bearings (very expensive pair of bearings for s9b :D). I hope i wont have any problem with the transmission in the next 1-2 years s9b is an expensive thing :\
