It's sad there isn't any brand that makes new bumpers. Thanks for the help.

I crashed my MB2, and the front bumper needs replacing. Where can I find a new one? I searched online and couldn't find any store that had new bumpers.

I like the fitment of your Civic. It's a good height for a daily car, I think. And the rims with a bigger offset look really good.- 41 replies

I had the brake lines tied with zip ties as well, but I wanted this done right so I could go to the inspection with no problems. After seeing your Aerodeck with lowering springs, maybe install it in the rear. It's similar to the front height of my MB2. Bro, I've already seen your aerodeck in Castelo Branco. When I saw it, I even had to go back to see it better, the rims caught my attention. I even have a picture of her. How small the world is. 😅- 41 replies

The B8 would be a better option for you, because they are the same as the B6, but prepared to have lowering springs. The B6 are only prepared to take the "OEM" springs. For those who want something more crazy, there is a B12 kit for EG6. I didn't know the SPAX brand. Good to know there are more brands with adjustable damping shock absorbers besides KONI.- 41 replies

I have the rear B6s in the lowest position on the spring plate, and the shock is still too streched. I think the problem is that the B6 for Civic MB6 are the same as those for Civic EK4. When I bought these shock absorbers, I saw that the reference is the same, and on the box it says EK4. Even if the shock absorbers are identical, the EK4 has lower springs and different than the Civic MB have. Even the B6's spring plate is too small for the original springs of my car, which forced me to have new spring plates made, just for safety. I'm going to try installing EK4 springs. I already bought them and they fit perfectly on the original spring plate. Just need to assemble. I don't buy lowering springs, because in Portugal, some modifications are illegal (the rules are too stupid), and my MB2 is a daily car. I just want it to drive a little sportier with less bodyroll. If the ek4 springs don't work, I'll try the Eibach springs. I'm a little disappointed with the Bilstein B6 because of these issues. At the front they were perfect with the original springs, however I had to take the brake line bracket off the original shocks and weld it onto an iron tube that comes with the Bilsteins. But after searching on the online store, I found that the Bilstein B8 for EG6 have the brake line bracket welded onto the shock absorbers. I think the EG6 shocks are more straightforward to install on the front MB. I leave some reference images. BIlstein B8 EG6 Bilstein B6 MB6/EK4- 41 replies

Hello. What car are the Bilsteins you put in for? EG, EK4 or MB6? I bought for my MB2, Bilstein B6 from MB6. But at the rear, the original spring leaves the shock absorber too stretched, which gives a strange driving feeling. However, the front b6s are perfect.- 41 replies

Hi guys. I have some doubts to be able to solve this issue of the Bilstein b6. Do you know if the MB6's springs are the same as the MB2's? And are the rear lower control arms of the MB6 the same as the MB2 or thicker? I need to know that, because the lower fork of the Bilstein's for the MB6 is wider than my original shocks.

Yes. Bilstein still make B6 for the front as well. I want to buy a set for the front, but I need to test the rear one first, to make surge they fit my goals for my MB2. I spent around €300 for the rear set. The front set it's about the same price.

I finnally find out some sort of sollution. Bilstein still makes B6 Sport for the MB6. I bought a set for the rear of my car. However, I haven't installed them yet, because the spring plate came short for the OEM springs. I'm waiting for a solution from the company that sold them to me. If there's no solution, I'll make a plate for the spring a little bigger. The B6 shocks are completely the same as the OEM ones, but much stiffer, and are of very good quality.

I had the same problem today. I'm looking to see if the ones that aren't plastic are compatible. Skunk2 and Maxspeedingrods have intake manifolds for D15 and D16. I don't know if they are compatible with our D14Z4.

Hi. I need to replace the suspension of my MB2. I'm thinking of putting KONI Sport from an EK, because there's no KONI for MBs anymore, and I want something a little sportier for him. Do you know if it will work well on the MB chassis? I don't want to put coilovers, because in portugal it's illegal and my MB2 is my daily car.
