Assuming you've check for vac leaks and cooling system is bled.Your culprit is most likely iacv. Followed by tps. I've had numerous issues over the years.. And I found that the iacv created a pulsing idle. Would raise and drop every second for me.My tps also went bad which resulted in thE engine revving on its own when idle.
