KiNK43
Sweet. Look forward to the post where your back up and running. You thinking of a full paint Job?
dr_broon
Yes, I've got new wings, rear arch repair panels, both driver side doors (though they're clean enough) and years ago I got keyed down the passenger side and on the bonnet, so nearly all of it needs some attention. I'm thinking of seeing if I can get a bit of extra purple fleck, but not sure how it'd turn out. Maybe the fresh paint will pop more anyway.

dr_broon
Also picked up the petrol tank from the powder coater today as well. Don't want to have to replace that again again.

shebabby
Why the hole in the hanger mate ?
dr_broon
Really happy with the work to be honest, and how he's made sure that everything's done right. He showed me what came out of where the handbrake bearings should have been and it looks like there's just been some sort of mastic out filler squirted in to hold the shaft in place. Got some new handbrake cables, and some braided lines as well, so hoping that the brakes will be better than they have been since I've had her. The guy pointed it out that it was odd. He's added some sealer in there, but no idea why that one's different.
