I love these D16Z6 engines. I got loads of D16Z6 engine parts and the plan was to fit it to my Civic...

So you're not going for a full engine rebuild? New piston rings, valve stem seals and all the rest of it?

Such an awesome build! Good to see a different engine being used apart from a b series, too work! Iv always liked te idea of doing a headlight loom wire tuck, did you have to extend many wires? Iv seen a guide for an ek civic where they didn't have to extend any, just re route them.

Properly epic work there Alex! Can you feel the difference with the Z6 plus goodies or haven't you driven her hard yet?

Was stunning at the show, refusing to stay wet during the bad weather! 8-)

Absolutely stunning work chap, the bay is a one off and looks great. Massive kudos for doing all that in such a short time. B)

The pressed rear plate is a great finishing touch too. :)

Thanks everyone :) ye was a lot of work to do in a short amount of time and very little sleep.

Wire tucking the headlight wires wasn't too bad once you've stripped the wires from the engine loom. You just pull them all

Through the bulk head then then push them through the door hole. And along the wing then underneath the light. I had to extend the earthing wires and side light wires to go in with my USDM mod.
