KiNK43 Posted July 19, 2014 Author Share Posted July 19, 2014 Hmmm well i got the opportunity to go for a run last night. The gearbox works fine so all is good there. But there is something peculiar about it.I bought it as an s4c but there was no sticker.But acceleration seems less brutal than I'm used to. And 4th gear tops out at over 120mph. On my previous s4c 4th would top out at 110mph.5th gear seems normal.3900rpm at 70mph. Weird but it will do for now, just don't know what box it is. Least it works.Brake pads are also very different I would say. Much more progressive I suppose, they don't Instantly grab like the mintex.. but they do start biting much harder with more pressure on the pedal. Whereas the mintex seemed to just be on or off. Someone might not want to pay what I want for the car anyway. I'm not letting it go for peanuts. But yeah course I love this site and I live civic m's. Still my favourite.
