Minor victory today!

The alarm in my car was installed by one of the previous owners before the car became ours in 2006. We had no paperwork about the make and model, no codes and no instruction manual. All I had to go off was the "Laserline" logo on the fobs! A few months ago the arm/disarm button on one of the fobs broke and the other was getting bad as well. It worked but it'd arm/disarm the alarm whenever it felt like so I'd spend about a minute fighting my alarm and then running away so I was out of range before it unlocked the car again!

So I got in touch with a company that deals in replacement fobs and told them about my problems. They guided me through how to find my alarm model and what fob I needed to buy (there's like 3 of the same fob, but with different internals for different alarms) and they told me what alarm I had and what fob I needed to buy! Got the new fob through the post, programmed it using the old remote and now I'm back to locking my car and walking away in confidence. :D

Rear lip looks sweet now it's on properly, this car's really starting to take shape especially considering how it looked in 2006 when you showed me it, and March the day you got it! You've completely gone against your original plans and I'm glad you have! Boost next though. You're gonna need it :P
